Diets, exersises can also call anorexia, beside, i suffered, when i was thin, now i weigh 85 kg, and dont want be, no thick, no thin, stop, you must love yourself, and from 77 to 85 kg, dont comlex, stop anorexia.
In Asia, she was most definitely NOT medium. In fact, she went from XL to a medium (even at the end, she would not be considered "small"). This is true all across East Asia. As for "ugly", well that is subjective. Being overweight here is generally considered unattractive and she would've found it difficult to be considered attractive at her heavier size. Men here have the luxury of choosing from a wide variety of feminine and fit women. Being overweight will hurt her chances, not to mention the potential health issues. And by recognizing your own inadequacies, by comparing yourself to normal weight people, this can give you the push you need to make such a large and healthy life change. If she considered herself beautiful and perfect at the beginning, there would be no reason or impetus for her to start her weight loss journey and she wouldn't be the success she is today.
I guess you're American where vanity sizing would make her a medium. In Asia she was not a medium. She was clearly overweight. Come on! A young girl with that much belly fat is not healthy. She has done a great job for her health.
Not medium. That’s overweight. Nothing to do with beauty or else. But: This mentality of "whatever your weight, it’s okay" is a bad road to go down on. As a society we should try to encourage one another to live a healthy life. Being overweight is certainly just one aspect.

Я за 3 месяца скинула 8 кг всего лишь диетой в 1500 калорий и 15 мин. Занятиями дома ежедневно, просто упражнения на пресс, бока, ягодицы. Всего лишь немножко силы воли! Когда меня спрашивали, как это ты так похудела, думали, что сейчас я открою им какой то сногсшибательный секрет или какие то таблетки подскажу. Я говорила и они теряли интерес, потому что не хотят трудиться над собой. Спасибо за видео, оно мотивирует, т.к.нужно опять браться за себя. Некоторые упражнения из ролика буду использовать! And that moment when the three guys/coaches are watching her closely as she does her abs, I imagine being in her place, I would have want to show them I can do it! @@ridiculousaf6674 Not at all my intention. What I'm saying is that her beauty, even if it looks different between her starting point and her achieved goal, is present nonetheless. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder isn't it? To me, she IS beautiful even with extra pounds. I'm not saying her effort made no difference. She is obviously healthier and stronger, she radiates a different energy and she probably has more vitality and feels better on all levels thanks to all her hard work. But she was already beautiful. Then she's a different beautiful. Not sure I make sense but hope so :)

That is training: you sweat, you suffer, you scream, you are disappointed but you don't give up. We're not on those insta videos where the chick is doing exercises with make-up on, always clean, not a hair out of place and who never sweats. This girl was already beautiful before and she is more beautiful today because of her perseverance and her determination to not give up despite the suffering. Great example for myself! It’s 4 months not 2 months transformation. I’m impressed with her perseverance and dedication, and yes, she was not ugly, it’s not a right word to use.

Посмотрите видео "15 минут тренировок без прыжков". Тоже на каждый день, но не так тяжело. Сейчас я тоже худею. За 8 дней 3кг скинула, ну и стараюсь не есть вечером, но не всегда. А так, тяжело только в первые дня 3-4, потом становится легкой привычкой.
@@nurianna17не надо худеть, надо любить себя, а не гробить тяжельіми тренировками, все хотят похудеть до чертиков, до фотомоделей, а потом заработать анорексию, у меня бьіла ерозия, желудка, я бьіл худой сильно, одни кости, и весил всего лишь 10 кг. Благодаря тому, что излечил, и стал регулярно пьітаться, я достиг 85 кг. Ни худеть , ни толстеть не хочу, 85, 90 норма.
@@nurianna17посмотрите про дробное питание. Вечер кушать надо. И утром. 5 раз в день. Всегда сытый вес уходит.сегодня 17 дней с начала такого питания. У мужа ушло 9 кг. У меня 6.

Being fat doesn't make anyone "ugly" and neither does being skinny make someone "beautiful". We should learn to love our bodies the way they are, and lose weight to be healthier and have a fit body not to go from "ugly" to "beautiful"
