Subliminal user here! I agree that some subliminals are weird, but for me it helped me change my mindset a lot! I listen ro a number of subs (confidence boost, memory enhancer, intelligence subs) and they have helped me maintain a positive mindset and they work (for me at least)

i think subliminals can work IF they are for mental things such as falling asleep, feeling more positive, or confidence. however subliminals obviously cannot change your physical form

Gonna update! I do these even tho I know logically they don’t work. But if you can convince yourself you slightly look more like your ideal person, really boosts your confidence. You know it doesn’t work but you want to believe so bad since what you wish for is impossible. And when you struggle with self esteem at a really deep level you will try to grasp any hope. For instance everytime I hate something about myself I convince it’s ok because I can get plastic surgery one day. It’s really hard .

@@space.levi_ no this isn’t offensive videos like subliminals change my mindset because I have always had bad anxiety and people in the comments are very reassuring like everyone’s nice and everyone is supportive of ur goals even if their hard and if I have something like a test the next day I put on a subliminal too help me study or too help me get good grades well I study, even though theirs no actual proof it works it helps me feel more confident and everytime I want to miss school or something I’ll play a “miss school subliminal” for about 2 hours and it works, every time it also helps me believe in the magic and the mystical which makes me feel better
