The flashbacks are my favorite parts in the whole Vampries Diaries.

My girl Katerina is making statements and she only appears in flashbacks.

That dance scene was Ian’s favorite scene in the entire series.

Damon helping Stefan out from Logan is one of my favorite moments. Even though Damon is supposed to be evil, he will not let his brother die. Family is important. I also love how sweet and innocent damon was in the past. Human Damon has my heart. We also find out that kathrine is a vampire which is a huge plot twist.

It's so fun watching ya'll throw about theories, knowing what's coming and how your minds will be blown

One of my favorite episodes! From here to season 5 I loved the show!

What that first "blood hit" Vicky drank showed is that vampire blood can heal others. So, if you're wounded or on the brink of death - vampire blood saves. If you die with it in your system (and then feed on a human), then it turns you into an immortal being aka vampire.

I love the reaction of going from Katherine "its probably an arranged marriage" to oh 😮 she turned them! 😮😮😂😂😂

I get what you mean by sexy though. The idea of infusing someone with immortality by feeding them from your own life's blood is inherently a romantic notion. It kind of implies intimacy, significance, and supernaturalism. Damon's irreverence in these kind of dramatic life-and-death situations can kind of pull you up short. It's part of his charm, though. He's kind of the postmodern remix of the classic dark romantic vampire figure that Stefan pretty reliable conforms to. I get the appeal of either but I've always had a weak spot for a sardonic anti-hero.

Episode 7 imo is what hooked me onto the show. Cant wait to see it!

I know this a fantasy show, so we extend grace to certain plot points. But my gosh Stefan technically broke into Elena's room after she basically ran away from him is lowkey terrifying not just because he's a vampire. Edit: I also woke up to this video. I was genuinely so excited.

You are right that none of this would have happened if Stefan hadn't come to town and become involved with Elena, but it was still Damon who killed and turned her, and only Damon is responsible for his own actions. I understand Elena's conflicted but her flip-flopping is too much. But damn, Nina Dobrev does not get enough credit for playing these two VERY different characters so well!

It is not Stefan's fault Damon killed Vicky just because he came to the town
