Most people stop excersicing at some point and then it's really hard to get back into it, that and the limiting beliefs of "I'm too old", If you just keep going and destroy your limiting beliefs, I'm not saying you'll live until 100 years old, but I'm sure you'll be very strong until the end. My grandfather was like that, but unfortunately he followed the modern dietary advice of "eat mostly carbs, avoid fat, eat constantly, don't skip meals, drink a lot of water and avoid salt at all costs" which led him to deteriorating a lot in his final years. He was also a very pessimistic person with a lot of limiting beliefs, and it got worse when my grandma died

The SAD diet is probably the worst nutritional advice given to the public. Not sure if something similar happened in Europe too or a version of it.

A bodybuilder I know of lived to be I think 110 years old who did active calisthenics pretty nuch up until he passed. An idian bodybuilder, very cool story in fact

She seems like 5 feet tall, maybe 45kg? There is also a cyclist called Robert Marchand, same physique as her, he did a race at age 106. Doing 90 years of exercise helps. But it's basicly almost always the same recipe. Longevity genes will carry you there.

I wonder if she does any “heavy lifting” like the experts are telling older women to do. I’d like to know exactly what exercise she does, besides gymnastics, to maintain her muscle, because she has amazing muscle tone. 🎉

I am sure that Johanna, as well as other 90 years old, did not take a lot of supplements, did not do red light therapy, , no crossfitt or HIIT ans still they are in good shape, so you don't need to read a lot of studies about nutrition/health neither be a biohaker to age well

She’s most likely a super ager and also a great daily exercise routine and diet. Unfortunately they didn’t have the information we have now, but let’s see in the next 100 years how much older we’ll be living too with this info.

Sì, va bene, la forza mentale che la porta ad allenarsi con costanza, ammirevole senz'altro. Ma comunque è fattta di una pasta diversa dai comuni mortali, geneticamente ed epigeneticamente. Comunque complimenti. A 68 anni già mi batto sulle spalle perchè mi alleno 4-6 volte la settimana, ma non riesco sicuramente a fare cose così.

From what I consistently see in very old people late 80s and up who still do well, they don't drink, they eat moderate food and usually aren't complete couch potatoes. Ironically most of them stay away from modern medicine and doctors too.

Only delusional aspect is that people who don't do gymnastics are talking about her doing gymnastics. It's not about exercise or "power" because she doesn't perform any strength or high power movements. It's 100% coordination. Millions of other elderly people could do the same if they had the same level of coordination. It has nothing to do with "fitness", "health", "power" or "strength".

All of it dude. Without health she wouldn’t live that long and without strength, power, and coordination she wouldn’t be able to do those routines. You can’t do that with only coordination because it also takes a lot strength, power and balance.
