I wonder if that homeless guy was really blind or just carrying the walking stick to get sympathy. It was not nice of him to hassle Danny by standing so close behind him while he was eating. I would not return to that area and if you do, eat in your clean van away from unreasonable street beggars and filth on the streets.
I'm sure you get all sorts of people coming up for odd reasons but the alternative is Danny acts rude to a guy who might really need someone to talk to. I love how he treats everyone with open arms first.

More often than not, this is definitely true. Though there is one near me run by Greeks and it really is the exception to the rule. Does lovely authentic Greek gyros and fab fish/scampi/chips etc. Always clean tasting and fresh. 😊
I'm of Asian origin so I can't be accused of being racist😀....I've noticed in West London the fish n' chip shops owned by us Asians aren't as good as the traditional, old school fish n' chips shops . Many which were owned by British Greeks.. They either can't get the fish right or under cook the chips.
The ignorance of the staff did me at the start...you are stood there ready to pay ...money in hand...and the server turns around ...blanks you... and starts talking to someone behind him these people need to learn some manners...... I would have left....customer service has to be number one in this game...and you was made to look disticntly number 10....I will not be going there for sure....Ignorant...rude and no manners...and he didn't even bother to get the order you wanted right....hence the ...out the door and offering the fish etc..., USELESS...I really don't care if you give these guys 12 out of 10.... That looked 💩 and Danny is far too generous! Even he found plenty of faults yet still gives a ridiculous 9/10 plus I couldn’t eat there with all that rubbish flying about.
Based on how long they made Danny wait for his food, I suspect they did not want him there. Subtle message along with the apparently undercooked fries and soggy veggies.

Ffs Danny you're literally visiting the worst takeaways in Bradford, there only so popular because these places on Leeds road are cheap. I highly recommended Idle balti however there are so many award winning restaurants you never visit.
Looks like about a 7 Danny. You gave Squires Biker Cafe a 9 for a beautiful turkey /turkey gravy sandwich with PROPER chips and a delicious Beef Stew Yorkshire Pudding. And you met some nice people there - Honestly - a 9 for a dodgy Kebab place with less-than mediocre food? AND you didn't have the Grim Reaper standing behind you with the trash blowing around like you did at this place...
The meat looked dry, the chips were whiter then an EDL march and the guy didn’t even take the order correctly. Think the scoring was a bit too liberal here.

Looks like an absolute dump. Undercooked chips, a pathetic amount of doner meat, and days old salad. All topped off by swirling bin bags! Staff seemed miserable too!
9/10? Mate, you'd be so much more respected if you scored it accordingly. I know you don't want to sh*t on businesses but if they're not up to standard then call them out, and if you don't want to do that then stop reviewing. You were clearly clutching at straws with this one, and just looking at it and your comments about its cleanliness I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole....
Danny when ordering says he wants to try the chicken and doner meat on a naan with chips and was given köfte kebab, a bit of döner meat and masala fish!!! Hardly generous with the doner meat. Kofte kebab didn't look appetising and chips were undercooked. Definitely didn't deserve a rating of 9.
And the chicken looked very dry and as you say not a lot of lot of doner meat. And why weren't the dips in their own tubs ?. I would definitely give that one a miss.😉
I would have got up and walked away with that weirdo behind me. Wtf is wrong with people. Respect to Danny for handling similar situations like the gentleman he is.
Love getting fish masala and chips from here,with salad, chilli and mint sauce 😋 the guy who brought the food out is a great guy, remember I didn’t have any cash once and he trusted me to pay him back a few days later 👍
