In DeepShitPhail's logic in creating robots, they shall create DSPman who just stands there and whenever you damage him, dialog appears with the words "lag", "online only" or "this is bullshit" etc.
List of things Phil does that is unjust in Mega Man games 1. Has a Game Genie that broke his NES once 2. Looks up Robot Master/Boss Weaknesses before play and forgets them later on 3. Writes down passwords during Wily stages 2 onward when you go back to Wily stage 1 anyway after restart via password
The sad thing is, the MM videos are almost bearable compared to the ones he's done afterwards. Watching the DMC1 video has left me desensitized to this.
Pharaoh Man is an archaeology robot, if you spend a long time in dim lighting, you will have a sensitivity to bright lights. Skull Man is battlefield intimidation robot, two of the best designed robot masters in this game.
As a double aside, coming back to this video after recently replaying MM4; Wily Capsule at 53:25 isn't just weak to Pharaoh Shot, he also takes scratch damage from Ring Boomerang. Phil could have feasibly (with enough skill and dodging, so probably not, but still) finished him off with it first try.
He could at least had been looking up a guide that told him: 1) to "charge up the Pharao Shot". Ring Man goes down with that after five hits. Also that the Pharao Shot can be shot in six directions. And it has a useful exploit. 2) that Bright Man has a hit point exploit. But that can be hard to figure out. 3) that Dive Man is best fought while keeping him in the distance and using charged Mega Buster. 4) where to find the Balloon Item. It makes traversing some pits easier. Just saying since he also looked up the Wire Item. 5) that the boss at the end of Wily Fortress 2 has Ring Boomerang as its main weakness. 6) that Eddie has an exploit where he can be made giving you the item you want. 7) that Rush Marine is utterly useless. And always has been. 8) what purpose each robot master was designed for. 9) that he is stupid as fugg!
Considering animals can, in terms of form, be described as machines gradually developed via millions of years of natural selection, it is not unreasonable to use them as inspiration when building robots which need to similarly thrive in an open environment.
