In that tournament, Roger defeated Del Potro in semis in 5-sets, his QF was 4-sets. Overall Roger has a great record in FO, just that Nadal got the better of him in finals. Other than that he was very good on this surface.

I love Roger with the bottom of my heart, but it's crazy to think that he only completed the Grand Slam because in 2009 everything worked out for him in France. Novak beat Nadal badly hurt, but Federer didn't have that beautiful chance.

Yup....Nadal was always hurt when Novak beat him.......always the excuse, at least. Especially when he dodged him on other surfaces.

Soderling was teal winner.. fed couldn't have won against Nadal.. It wouldve been 7,0 h2h at rg and 19 slams overall

Federer should have continued to play at clay in his later career. He might have won twice.

Is Federer’s French better than his English?

Yes because they speak French and German in Switzerland.
