Tlačenka is a traditional pork meat product. It's made at the slaughterhouse and takes the form of small pieces of meat in jelly, made from boiled connective tissues and skin. It is usually served with vinegar and onions.
Everyone can make Tlačenka at home. All you have to do is follow this basic procedure and use only meat and spices.
