Yes, we usually keep our mouth shut tight when our head moves backward. Hence, retraining the position we need to take is slightly different and yet makes changes in the brain and nervous system. Great 👍 thank you for this lesson.

Very very helpful, thank you so much! This one is good because it really takes in consideration the whole spine and shoulders, so this one might be a good one to use after one has retrained with your TMJ exercises #1 and #2.

What's been your experience with conventional approaches (stretching, strengthening, massaging, heating pack, etc)?

Your content has changed my life in ways I can’t describe and I’m so grateful. Answered my intuitive knowings that it was in the body, and it was fixable. But my neck is still stiff, can’t lie down in the ground without support because neck goes into some extreme hyperextention. I’ve done practically all the techniques but this issue is the only one I’m not seeing budge. Other neck pain has improved but that tendency toward painful extension, and not really finding a comfortable place to allow for a curve is hard to master. Partly because the place around the hyoid is often tight and makes it hard to breathe. When that place opens up, everything feels better, so I guess my hope is that you’ll do some more stuff for neck and especially throat tension too. ❤thank you taro you’ve literally made me stop thinking the only way out is all the way out…

Slipped rib on left is bit better after following your advice to focus on hip, but it seems connected to my neck issue so it still bothers me. Sometimes nerve pain down back of left arm too, but not all the time. Maybe I missed a video or it is just going to take more time to make a dent in it. But any direction would be welcome 🙏🏼

Similar problem here. Clicking on the left side that sometimes results in a loud snapping sound but no pain - touch wood - hope your TMJ resolves! It’s an inconvenience but lets count ourselves lucky for not experiencing the worse symptoms this issue has to offer.
