Holy moly! How many people have I gone to, to help with this mystery ear, throat face, neck, head pain on my right side? Very many. My right nostril tends to close up more than my left nostril. When I held my Kyphotic head in a straighter position, tucking my chin a bit to keep it straight, and pulled my tongue to the left, I heard a crackle sound on my right ear, felt a stretch where I usually get throat pain on my right side, and I noticed that my right nostril opened up, air flowing freely! Amazing! Thank you!😊
I did the tongue pull last night and I'm having a profound emotional release today. I consider this a good thing as I'm going through detox but I never would have guessed something so simple could be this effective. Thanks for sharing your experience Dr. P.
This emotional response is common when you do "mouth work." Most of us hold a lot of emotions in our tongue, scm, jaw, etc. Once it starts releasing all of thar you will feel much better. It may even boost your confidence to "speak your truth."
Two weeks later. Wow. Still doing 1 tongue pull per day and I realize this is an area I completely missed in 5 years of treating Bartonella and Lyme. Drain the head and neck and get the blood flowing to the brain again. Also, osteopathic craniosacral therapy is also profoundly helpful for draining this area and restoring blood/lymph/glymph flow.
I have a swollen, scalloped tongue (with the ridges) and was told that the cause is my Hashimoto’s. After doing the exercises, my breathing actually instantly improved! WOW! It’s more natural, incorporating my diaphragm, and not forced or shallow like it usually is. I’m hoping to see other positive changes like with my forward head posture. Working on my tongue positioning as well. I love ALL your content!! ❤Thank you!!
I thought that “ large tongue” with indentation is a symptom of under active thyroid….. This is very interesting information, I experienced all those injuries you mentioned in this video, also loss of consciousness and terrible falls. Definitely will try those tongue pulling. Thank you.
My tongue has had the same symptoms that yours did (swollen, ridged, white coating) for 30 years. Since i took your lymph workshop 5 weeks ago, most of these symtpoms have disappeared! I just tried this technique and when i pull on my tongue, i get pain underneath where my thumb is resting. Im looking forward to further clearing my fish tank of sludge 😊
That’s awesome to know. I want to sing again so bad, but my body won’t let me do it like I used to years ago. I’m getting closer to being there again tho
Hey Doc, i will teach you something today. You are super aware of your own body and your tongue. I want you to observe your tongue and its shape when you drink out of a bottle. Try first with your left hand and then try with the right hand. Tell me if you can observe the change that is in your tongue. Ill post this on Instagram also in case you miss it. 🙌 and i also had another observation, last year when i did a facial massage for my lymphatic system about 5-8 days later i got an eye stye. Thought much of it and why ot happened. 3 weeks ago i gave my wife a lymphatic massage in her face and body, guess what she got 7 days later. A eye stye. So you are 100% correct, and its profound to be able to have my own observations over the past 15 years with all the issues and seeing where they came from. the MIND! As a inner peace therapist i will say this, you can fix the mind. But if the body does not follow then you will only chase pain. Amd vice versa 😂
I have the most intense neck, levator scalulae, pain for the past 6 months. My daughter shared a different video, I found him later, and I tried it. I felt relief the next morning. Now it's become my routine!
TCM-Dr says "brain fog" is not in the brain only because we think we feel it there, but in my casefrom the liver qi stagnation, Gall bladder clogfging., if I remember correctly. Coin-blood due to chronic strong stress.
@@2510aggie en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rouleaux. The blood sticks together and look like a stack of coins. You don't get as much oxygen and you're tired etc. Cell food isn't getting delivered. Blood is sludgy. You want separate blood cells
Had a bit of discomfort in my neck this morning upon waking. Tried this & will see how it helps later on. Thank you 🙏🏽 for sharing your techniques with us.
@@stopchasingpain I’ve tried it without holding my tongue with gauze but I’m pretty sure that you can pull more efficiently for better results with a small piece of folded gauze. I felt sensations in the tongue & jaw area. I wonder if this could help with TMJ?
Hi doc, was about to write to you last night if you could put up a video about exactly this. 😂 man, in some strange way you are putting out all info i need the past 1 1/2 year. Do not stop! Im becoming myself again!!
Moved it to the left, heard craclking sounds in the right side of my tongue/throat, was is painful but im struggling with releasing the muscles on the right side.. the deepest ones. I believe it just happened right now, the release. And i feel dizzy, my eyes feel relaxed also.
Dude this is literally my thoughts for the last week...my under jaw felt so weird lately and I was almost sure it's something related to my tongue. Thanks again doc!!
Dr. Perry, could you do a video on systemic candida? Its amazing you were able to cure yourself of this. I am struggling with it. You piointed out the big 6 lymph as a starting point, but must have been a lot of approaches.
Gerat video, thanks Dr, I think it cut off too soon it stops abruptly after the tongue pull to the right. I had instant pain relief in my cervical area!
Hello I’ve just found your channel and have started implementing your exercises to my daily routine. Would love your advice on how often to do them though? Do I only need to do once a day or 3 times a day? And I saw you recommended doing the lymph exercises before eye pull ups. Is this order ok? Thanks Dr! Lymph exercises (neck, collar bone, arm pit, behind knees) x 3 times a day Platysmal stretch x 3 times a day Tongue circles x 3 times a day Tongue stretch x 1 times a day Eye push ups x 1 times a day
Gotta wonder how much " TMJ", " Sleep apnea " is all connected to this....& NOT ONE " specialist" can tell you what creates those... its NOT Just " SLEEP" ( apnea)... for you'll hold your breath- especially on the exhale- During the DAY; & I've found, that the more you're under " life stress ", the more you do " apnea breathing " ... I've been doing what I call " Conscious breathing ", & its changed A Lot - both during sleep & awake - for energy, fatigue etc
I started doing the tounge roll from another video, out of curiosity. Didn't think much about it until suddenly my lower back pain suddenly was gone! It's been so bad I've had troubles breathing properly because of the pain. And it's been really hard dealing with for almost a year. Really, it's so amazing... and now I keep doing them almost every day, but can I reduce to maybe a few times a week?
Just want to say indentations at the side of the tongue are do to bruxum or clenching..I clench at night in my sleep..I’m a trauma cptsd child to adult ..I have fibro..and I spend a fortune on treatments which all help..done emotional work, body coding , you name it I have done it..I was a fit lady loved exercise and hiking..no I struggle to do the minimum ..😢
This is off topic but I have painful bladder syndrome or IC. Could you suggest what might help me with this very painful condition. Thank you. Love your helpful videos.
I’m not a doctor but i heard DMSO is good and I believe on Dave Mac’s channel there was a lady that cured her chronic bladder problem with the carnivore diet
I have an uneven sore jaw. Tongue exercises are painful. I don't have any pain in my body. My lymph flow seems good. Will tongue exercises fix my uneven jaw? And/or jaw pain?
I've improved this slightly by using a special pillow to improve loss of cervical lordosis. My tinnitus got worse after a neck adjustment at a chiropractor that pinched a nerve so that's how I knew posture was a contributing factor (it's genetic in my family though so I'm just trying to delay the hearing loss)
I had moderate tinnitus, and the snap/tap thing on the back of the skull really helped me. After a few weeks of treatment, it's almost completely gone. Are you familiar? I could look up a video to share.
I have hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. My body makes faulty collagen so my joints all dislocate, especially my neck. I have CCI (Cranio cervical instability) as well. My neck is fused bc of a serious car accident where I got whiplash. I get unbearable migraines. I also have chiari malformation ( skull is too small for my brain so the brain stem gets crushed). And I suffer from trigeminal neuralgia. I’m in so much pain, even on tons of opoids. Can any of this help my neck, jaw, and head pain? Nothing regular doctors do is helping me.
The only way is to go on a Candida diet, which starts with an elimination of many foods & then slowly adding things back to see what you should avoid eating.
There’s a book called ‘the fungal link’ by Doug Kaufman. You can also google his anti fungal diet and you should find a pdf online. Another book is ‘how to eat move and be healthy’ by Paul Chek. At the very end of the book he talks about what to do to heal fungal and parasite infections.
@@jches830 these are both based on the candida diet which was developed by Canadian doctor Carolyn Dean. Carolyn was making people well with her Cantina diet in Canada and the government raised her office, her files…, and ran her out of Canada because she was making her patience. Well diet couldn’t have that now, could they? She went to the USA and last I heard age was working on a cure for cancer.
I had posterior tongue tie release surgery by a trained surgeon and it resulted in nerve damage and severe trauma... still healing over 1 year later :( Guess I was unlucky
@@dflfd Oh man thats horrible. I'm sorry to hear that. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. What are the symptons you've been dealing with since the injury?
I wonder how many people could throw away those C-Pap machines if they just performed regular lymphatic maintenance! Put that industry right out of business.
It's more likely his immune system was in fact weak and he's improved it by movement etc. The symptoms of immune deficiency are similar to autoimmunity because the result is inflammation. I do know people with diagnosed autoimmune diseases who have made subtle improvements through lifestyle changes (but not been cured). For example people with coeliac improve dramatically with reduction of wheat. That is a known environmental link to autoimmune disease. Most of the others are not well understood to date.
