@@jarekvelchek802 I didn't even remember that there WAS a live action Tom & Jerry movie in 2021! That's how bad it was! I remember seeing a trailer for it last year, and thinking about how bad it was just from that alone, and then, I legitimately forgot it even existed, and pushed it out of my thoughts. Same with thunderforce and cosmic sin. But I have to respectfully and strongly disagree with Alex about Eternals though. Personally, I like that movie. Saw it twice. Not the best movie, obviously or objectively, but I liked it. I also somewhat liked Venom 2: Let There Be Carnage, but not that much. Maybe because I didn't see the first Venom, or because I thought Woody Harrelson did a good job as Cletus Cassady/Carnage, but the love story thing between Cletus and Anne was almost hammy. Maybe I'm just a huge Spider-Man universe fan, because I love these characters, from the cartoon/comics. But like Eternals, i personally thought Venom 2 was good, but it wasn't that good, but out of all of them, Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings was better than both Venom: Let There Be Carnage, AND Eternals, COMBINED. Saw Shang-Chi THREE times that same week.

@@jarekvelchek802 Really? Never saw Venom, but it sounds cool. Heard the soundtrack from that one, with the theme song from the movie being awesome. Eminem is my favorite artist, just saying. If I'd known he did the soundtrack to Venom, I would've bolted down to the theater to see it right away. I mean, I already love the Spider-Man universe and it's characters, so seeing one of them, who's also one of my favorites, and an anti-hero, The Lethal Protector, Eddie Brock/Venom, getting his own solo movie, and it having some great songs by THE legendary Eminem, I would've dropped everything, and went to see it IMMEDIATELY. But, I think in 2018, things weren't going that well for me, so I wasn't really that interested in seeing it or any movie really, at that time. I don't remember how it was back in 2018, but it was definitely not pleasant. I had kidney stones, i had broken a wall with my elbow, (i don't remember why)but if I were in a better mood back when Venom dropped, i definitely would've seen it. Also, I VERY highly recommend seeing Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings. In my opinion, best superhero movie of 2021. But Spider-Man: No Way Home in my opinion, best superhero movie of 2022. But, find a way to see Shang-Chi, and form your own thoughts and opinions on it, and like someone just told me; don't let someone else tell you how to think or feel about something, whether it be a movie, or a game, unless maybe it's a really bad game/movie that nobody would like.

Justice league was just as pretentious as his other shit, the half an hour arrow shooting scene was the epitome of self-indulgent pretentiousness. His best movie is dawn of the dead because it's the least pretentious movie he's made and doesn't have shitty writing either for the most part. Hopefully the rumours are true and flashpoint will fully reset the dceu. Even then thanks to snyder and his shitty script writers we'll probably never get a good live action version of the death of superman because they fucked them up so badly so yeeeey😑

Like, I enjoy some of the movies like shazam and the suicide squad but I look at them more as self contained stories rather than connected to the other movies. I am a bit hyped for the batman, but that's not part of the dceu, it's a standalone from what I understand so yeah... although tbh I don't see how whatever happens after the reset could be any worse than the snyderverse.

@@amit_patel654 totally agree. There are some many great characters, why not focus on one? Easiest would be Sonya tracking Kano, and getting introduced to this world. I think the film's quality would increase if you remove Cole from the equation. (Also please have a tournament)

Also, why does some unknown loser from MK get to be the focus of his own movie, when there's so many other interesting characters that deserve their own individual movie, but don't have one? Like, I'd rather see a Johnny Cage autobiographical type movie, or a movie about Sonya Blade and Jax, showing us how he got the metal arm implants in the first place(I know what happened, because of Kano), or just a buddy cop thing between them; but yeah, I agree, also show a TOURNAMENT. You know, one of the many things MK is KNOWN for? Bloody brutality, fatalities, fighting tournaments, Earthrealm having to win 10 Mortal Kombat tournaments in a row, or else Shao Khan gets to conquer Earthrealm itself? Like the original plot of the original MK games? I'd rather see a Kung Lao or Liu Kang movie. Those 2 were interesting on their own. Especially Kung Lao and his deadly bladed hat of death. I know the first MK movie back in 1995 wasn't the best, but the acting in it was way better than whoever did the acting in this one, and seriously, who's Cole? Is he the new main character for the series? Or is he just a random, generic nobody, who nobody will remember or care about?

Like I get that they were going for a like an old Chinese wizard-type look, but imo Shang Tsung is supposed to be sort of intimidating like in the 1st movie. He's supposed to be threatening. This Shang Tsung was a joke.

Which pains me to say that we won't get a sequel, it didn't even make its budget back. Last time i checked it was up to $37 Million, along with coming out in, get this... November and December

I agree with all of you. Resident Evil Welcome to Racoon City was a pretty solid adaptation of the games. I enjoyed ii as well for what it was going for. And I would like a sequel if the director was still on board and took the same approach.

The budget was actually only 25 million which makes it even more impressive with what they did lol

Damn... Matrix: Resurrections or Matrix 4 was really THAT awfully bad? Geez... was it worse than Matrix: Reloaded, and/or Matrix: Revolutions, though, or are they about the same? I've only ever seen the first one. I liked the trailer for this one, and was REALLY hoping for a proper Matrix sequel. Even though I never saw other 2, but heard they were terrible as well.

@@shawnfields2369 2 and 3 are fair in my opinion, not as good as 1 but they feel like Matrix movies and have some really good action scenes (especially 2). 4 is like watching an old woman watch paint dry while being told a story about how she found a dandelion as a child.

I don't like to seek out movies with bad reviews, or that do poorly. I prefer the blockbuster action movies, as well as just superhero and comedy movies. I haven't been let down by the Marvel movies so far, although Venom: Let There Be Carnage should've been rated R, in my opinion. And Eternals, while I didn't know who they were, I thought they blended comedy action and cgi pretty well, not as well as a Spider-Man or Guardians of the Galaxy movie could do it, but I liked Eternals. But Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings was my personal favorite superhero movie of last year. Saw it 3 times in the same week. And I knew next to nothing about Shang-Chi as a character, before seeing the movie. But Spider-Man: No Way Home, might be the best Spider-Man movie ever, in my opinion. Mainly because Spidey is my favorite Marvel superhero, and has been ever since the 90s cartoon and the n64 game. And the whole, bringing together 3 Peter Parker's, and the Sinister Six, basically, and making it almost a Sinister Six/Doctor Strange/Spider-Man movie, all in one. Very impressive. Sorry for rambling. But thanks again for sharing your thoughts, ma'am.
