Not all superheroes wear capes. In fact, some are known to wear a shield. A shield against aging. This kind of superhero, and all of its powers, is exercise. 🦸‍♀️ On this adventure called life, sometimes people can get lost from moving their bodies well. They lose their sense of touch and feel, and eventually lose control. You have the power to stay in control this year. If you are someone who feels too intimidated to try diving into the moves, then I would like for you to take on 2020 with the idea that anything is possible for you in my Online Studio.
What you’re watching is a clip from this week’s Beginner class (front view, with behind views also available). I asked two of my top trainers Courtney and LaShonna to join me in teaching it to send all of you who are new to working out, or new to my workout, some extra energy.
Learning to follow us takes time. This ability to move freely gives your spirit life, and your body confidence. Like learning to ski, ride a bike, or read, you have to make it a habit and dive into the adrenaline of learning. Turn your thoughts of wanting to be more physically healthy into actions, and give yourself unrestricted access to sticking to learning and performing each week with me. This time next year, you will feel an energy and communication with your body that you didn’t realize you had.
