In episode 02 of this playthrough, we begin by trying to improve our income. Shifting around the pickup point for the Fuel train bound for Skelton-on-Cleveland and adding another Crude train seem to fix this issue and put us in a good position to begin adding on new lines. We focus on setting up our first Passenger rail line from Tenterden down to Skelton-on-Cleveland. To aid the Passenger numbers on this line, we also establish clockwise and counterclockwise bus lines in both cities. Much more to come in the next episodes!
We always take a look at some of the off-camera decoration on the map. Let me know in the comments what you think and what to try or do differently in the future!

and the passenger train you have a engine that can go 28 and cars that can go 31 while the other cars can go 28 is more efficiënt and cheaper

What difficulty are you playing on? Can you do an EPEC challenge after this playthrough on very hard mode?

Currently on hard mode, I find it to be the best balance of challenging early game but still allows the freedom to be creative rather than simple efficiency. Yes, I'll add an EPEC challenge to my list of future playthrough ideas!

like the English switch (X Switch) on 6:40 you say that you make the switch 75 but at the part where the 4 switches are it is only 38

Why not make the oil train make a stop at the oil refinery on the way to the fuel shop? Then you can remove that entire bus line?

Mate, you americans use boring names for your towns. Arkansas pronounced r-can-saw. All over the world is different so don't feel so bad. We in aussie land are now starting to use a lot aboriginal names for our places and they are bloody hard topronounce as well. Enjoying the way you play and getting some good ideas for how I can improve so thank you.

Haha yes we definitely have a very unique use of the English language, but a lot of the cities and towns in the country are named for the Native American tribes that used to live there. Glad you’re enjoying the channel!

you could try the timetable mod for your passenger transports p.s please don't use just train transports only try connecting cities with buses ships and air. its more realistic and enjoyable. not just tracks everywhere with empty roads highways and rivers.

If you know a good timetable mod I'm always open to suggestions! Great point! I definitely want to use more varied transportation, I'm envisioning a "main line" of passenger rail running across the map with buses/trams branching off and air and ships where applicable. Thanks for the feedback!

the headquaters grows into a massive skyscrapper so keeping it bu the edge of town will make the skyline ..... late game. it may be better along the commercial buildings. just saying
