Hi! I have an E Drive that i am replacing the circuit board. I hace been able to follow the wiring diagram provided. The red actuator and the black actuator dont connect to anything. Can you help?
Hi, on my “70” model there is a small brown wire which is connected at the motor and fund up the shaft center to the controller, however upon opening the controller the brown wire was no longer attached to anything. There is no definite place where it had been connected. I suspect it was connected to the little board in the top part of the controller that until I find out exactly where I am reluctant to try to guess. I would like to know both where exactly it should connect and what function does it facilitate? Regards Norfolkngood
@@MinnKotaTutorials I am sure you know what you mean, however your answer has leaves me non the wiser. My question was asking where it should connect to inside the control box. Ive looked through no end of videos and yet not found anything to show this brown cable any where. One end did come from the motor, (it’s been so long since I’ve took it off I am wondering if I will Sus out where it connect at the motor end as well. Any videos, pictures or diagrams would be of use, I’ve checked your manual but nothings shows this wires never mind where it should connect to. I’ve took pictures just can’t added any here. Any help appreciated. Regards Norfolkngood
@@MinnKotaTutorials I appreciate you think you are helping, but you really are not. Where precisely is the brown wire meant to be soldered? I picture or video showing im this would speak volumes. Regards Norfolkngood
So you're saying that the ribbon style potentiometer is non replaceable but yet I just watched a video of someone splicing the new style to the ribbon without a problem..... ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-QCOmesBVB68.html...I didn't need to watch that to figure it out. I'm just wondering why you say it can't be repaired and that you need to buy a 150.00 part vs a 25.00 part? The ribbon has wires that can be accessed fairly easily and I'm sure you must know that.
