Thanks for sharing Todd. Getting out there and enjoying your hobby is the main thing. Personally, I’ve been filming just “the keepers” after they’re unearthed and doing it all with my iPhone... no tripods, no cameras, no live digs ...that keeps it manageable and time isn’t wasted on setting up digs that turn out to be nothing special. That way I get to keep making videos and interacting with my friends in the RU-vid community but it doesn’t really impede with my detecting. I do make up for it with interesting still shots, good music and editing afterwards... that’s my compromise. 😎 GB&HH!

Thanks Todd, I have been away for a while traveling in a 40 ft motor coach, a trip of a life time, been gone since July and just got back home last week, I was in Milford Conn, Medina, Ohio, Cleveland, Asheville, Lake Toxway, Highlands, Cashers, Topsail Beach, Surf City , Holly Ridge, Hamstead, NC, viewing all the damage from the hurricanes.

Glad to see you are back. I was starting to think that you sold your detectors to pay for a wedding. That was a great bean field. I'm still waiting for my neighbor to cut his beans. He has thousands of acres, and this field is low on his list. I don't know Fred, but I have definitely heard of him. I believe he is in the same club with Jim, and his son. That is a pair you need to meet. They are experts at door knocking, and go almost every day. I'm amazed by the spectacular stuff they find. So far, they have two genuine civil war artifacts, and a gold dollar. I can't even keep track of their countless old coins, and bells. I will send them to your channel.

Thank you for posting. I detect but don't video. Frankly, too lazy and WI isn't all that exciting especially for people pulling up large cents that the plow nicked. You may have nicked the largie, but at least you got it out of the ground. Congrats and awesome video. I enjoyed watching it (my first video I watched of yours). Sorry to hear about the land owner.
