I love going back to your old workouts. They are always without fail, so solid and so good. I thoroughly enjoyed this one too. I did it for three rounds and by the end was sweating buckets. Thank you so much for your creative and fun workouts. Though the last year has been so challenging, I can find a couple of things that I'm really grateful for and one is discovering or rediscovering you and your workouts. Thank you!
Just found your channel and getting excited about my home workouts! Did this one for just one round. Some of the ab intense excercises too much for me now as I’m a few months post baby. Would love some post-natal workouts or a weekly or monthly calendar to help me program. Thanks for your videos!
People surfing for fitness info on RU-vid will never forgo the video because of the notes so nothing to worry about there, otherwise they'd be reading a blog post or guide for the same information. The value comes in seeing how the exercise is done. Description notes are a nice value-add for instructional videos, and I think would be perfect for what you're doing. I'm writing out your workouts in a notebook but will refer to the video again if I forget something
Great workout! I gave your video a "thumbs up" which automatically tweets for me but it did not tag your Twitter handle. Instead it tagged @hughesfitness, a personal trainer out of the U.K. You may want to check your YT settings.
There’s nothing inherently risky in combining those kind of moves. In boot camp training you do sprints and mountain climbers and bicycle abs etc. You’re up and down and sideways. For some people perhaps it could take some getting used to.
