I’ve been seeing some fusion pasta on my social media feed lately and decided to just try out something different. This is a simple dish with really simple Asian style black pepper butter garlic sauce with minced meat. A little bit like Chinese style noodle, or those breakfast noodle I used to have in Malaysia. Yes this recipe is a little twist, but it was so good!

Ingredients:
200g minced bolognese meat (100g minced beef + 100g minced pork)
7-8 cloves garlic
1 tsp black pepper
35g Butter
Spaghetti (for 2)
1/2 cup pasta water
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
Spring onion
1/2 cup parmasan cheese
