Tsukuné is a kind of Yakitori. You can easily make it with a chicken fillet!
For 7 Yakitori Tsukune.
- 200g of chicken fillet (chopped)
- 50g of leeks
- 20g of ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of sake
- 1 tbsp of starch
** for the sauce
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of mirin
- 1/2 tablespoon of sake
- 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
