@@sifuadamwilliss thanks for your comment. I really struggle with the "right" balance between tension and relaxation, stability and fluidity, ying and yang. Therefore I'm interested in sparring as well as in the inner themes and doing Siu Nim Tao one time in 15 minutes. Greetings from Germany!

@@sifuadamwilliss Thanks! The punch is just exactly like the arrow but we don't change the stance, we just maintain the ma bu as long as we are punching and stepping.
