Anyone else love it when a character lives up to their in-game hype? In so many games, ie Fire Emblem, a character is like "The mightiest General in the country!" and they have below average stats and skills. But not Dunban. This guy snagged the title of Hero of Homs and he ain't giving it back soon. The man hits the ground sprinting and just starts running _faster._ Local man is literally untouchable!

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. They didn’t touch this song at all, a testament to how incredible this song truly is.

The most criminal thing they didn't change in Definitive Edition is how much this song plays, which is once with no loop

I randomly heard this once with no context and thought, this sounds like it would be Dunban's theme. It's pretty close

This might be a hot take, but this should've played again in the final fight with metal face.

Yoko Shimomura solidified her spot as one of my favorite-if not my favorite-composers of all with this song. This and the title theme. I genuinely cannot think of a song she has composed that I dislike or find mediocre.

IMO, this is Dunban's theme. Let them have it, Beast!

Such a badass theme and definitely one of my most favorite tracks in Xenoblade Chronicles. Sad that it only plays once and doesn't loop. But I'm glad this theme was used again in Future Connected.

The fact that my favorite song in the OST didn't get remastered (which is fine, I mean its so goddamn good as it is), but also doesn't seem to show up anywhere else again is a true crime. I swear this song stuck with me far longer than most of the OST, and it only plays once dammit!

This song is perfect. It shares a motif with Prologue B and an overall beat with it that's just so perfect. Dunban didn't finish his battle, and now he can. He's doing what he set out to do 1 year ago. Destroy the Mechon, and save his colony and his friends. He's joining the battle, and he's setting out to finish it.

I wish this song comes with the Pyra DLC

I said this once and I will say it again! This song is my all time favourite. This only plays twice. One in the main game and one in Future Connected. I really wish that this loops while facing mechon/fog beasts. So underrated

I legit think this is my favorite song in video games. Something about it coming off the Ether Mines, which ends a relatively ok arc, but springboarding into the greatness that is the trek to Prison Island is just great. It also reintroduces us to one of, if not the rawest character we've seen so far in XB1, in Dunban, meanwhile Dickson just casually slides down the side of a cliff. My only concern is not with the theme itself, it's just that it doesn't loop. The cutscene that also plays during the opening of the theme is brilliant, and highlights one of Shulk's greatest strength, the ability to never give up, even in hopeless situations. I love this track so much.

No remaster/redux needed. This song was already amazing. Now only if it looped. How hard is that Monolith?! Heard this song the first time for chuggaaconroy's Let's play announcement for this game and was like "This is the best song in the game." before I even knew anything about the game. And then I was so disappointed it didn't loop. The song is still perfect though.

They should have had this play with some of the fights with Mumkhar, this should've been Dunban's theme... but alas.

I think because this song is not looped, we are able to appreciate it a lot more when it does play.

One of the best, if not the best, track in the game, which is chock full of awesome music in general. The fact that it still only plays once in the entire game without looping even in the Definite Edition is a damn crime though (unless you count the scene in FC of course, which I certainly appreciated)...
