That avocado is huge,never seen one that big before. You should try a China Pear guava,l find them to have an amazing smell and very sweet and creamy texture and large fruit.White sapote look amazing, l can’t wait to taste myself,but no fruit on mine yet.All your trees are looking great, nothing better than fresh home grown fruit.

That Manila mango tree looks like that it needs to be watered because it looks like the leaves are drooping. Someone up Newcastle way where I live in New South Wales uses the banana 🍌 flower in stir frys,I have tried to steam cook it but it tasted horrible so I think that it needs to be fried !
Manila is not the same as Carabou. It’s not really suitable in Melbourne. Just too cold for the variety. The leaves are more indicative of cold damage. It will need frost cloth protection ASAP. It’s not ideal to have new growth now as young growth is very susceptible to cold damage. A young tropical tree needs to be storing as much energy as possible in autumn to give it its best chance of survival through winter.
