Truth to be told I gain 2 cm after 20 years Yeah no joke. I only do sprinting 3x a week and eat a lot and drink water a lot. And stretching before going to sleep. That's pretty much it, hope I can gain more doing by this method constantly.

Am 15.7 and am 177cm/5'9.5 with a 6'3/191cm wingspan i play basketball, track and i stretch and my goal is 6'1 or more i feel like i havent grown in like a year my mom is 5'3 and idk my dad height ive never met him. But i play basketball 4-5 times a week for 1hour+ and work out 5 times a week and my diet its alr i am always hungry and i just eat what my mom makes like chicken with rice or fish with rice. I usually get 8-9 hours of sleep everyday i go too sleep at around 8.30 and wake up at 5 in the morning
Sneak in extra meals that are high in calories like any nuts have tons of healthy fat and from olive oil and also eat lots of natural peanut butte but Most importantly eat more eggs like at least 3-4 everyday id say brown eggs are better than white one’s personally I take 5 a day it will increase testosterone and in long term 4-5 eggs that i take a day will improve hormones that are important to growing taller so Train Eat Sleep

Age: 19 yrs and 2 months old. Mom's height: 163cm. Dad's height: 155cm. My height: 165.5cm. Osgood schlatter's disease: started when I was 17 yrs and 5 months old. I have grown 5cm from when I was 17 years old. All male relatives of mine from my mom's side are at least 175cm tall (Including my cousins who are the same age as me upwards). I recently started to have a huge appetite, and never had one before in my entire life. Plus I tend to get sleepy more often and have acne/pimples (I never had these growing up). Plus I was also the smallest in my classroom, even the teacher once told me I looked too small to be in 9th grade(I was 14yrs). I also started to play basketball. My knees hurt a little bit(Espacially at the back of them, but not that serious of a pain), plus my shins have like a little of a throbbing pain too. I also have a wing span of 178cm. I literally ahve my arms 4cm away from the top of my knee when standing LOL (They're too long). Do you think I have a chance to grow to atleast 170cm - 175cm?

Sprinting can help hgh and also intermittent fasting but make sure within the 8 hour window you stuff your face with nutritional food also if you don’t have time to go outside try to take vitamin d pills and eat fish
