Never been a fan of Butternut squash. I would always avoid the vegan "cheese" sauce recipes that called for them. The "Cajun" part of this recipe caught my attention and I finally made it today. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this!!!! Thanks for sharing it will definitely stay in my rotation during the fall. 😋
I love your simple dishes and ideas...they look tasty and I am definitely going to give them a go!!! Thanks for sharing and just being yourselves!! You make a cute couple :)
Just wanted to drop you a note and let you know that you are awesome!! Your husband posted a link to one of your videos on FB’s FOK community pages… I saw it, clicked on the link and have been hooked on your recipes ever since. Great job, I really liked the sweet potato and banana combination… who knew!!!! 😀
Thank you so much!!! I use Kroger's cajun seasoning. I wasn't able to find a link to that cajun seasoning but here is a link to another good and clean cajun seasoning: amzn.to/3aB1RXa I hope this helps! 😊
Recipe looks great! I was trying to find your video that shows pictures before and after pics of you. What was your highest weight when you started eating the Starch Solution way and how much did you lose when you started? How long did it take. I just started the program.🤗
Thank you so much!! If you go to my playlist what I eat in a day for weight loss in the thumbnails I have before and after pics but I haven’t made a video where I post about that only. Maybe I should make a video talking about my weight loss only and show some pictures in the video🤔. My highest weight was 176 lbs and now I’m 115 lbs. it took me about 13 months to loose the weight that was with lots of trial and error and learning what to eat and not eat when loosing weight. Congrats on starting the program!! It really is an amazing journey!
That is actually on my list of videos to make!! I do make somewhat of a meal plan for the week but I also do have staple items that I have at home at all times!
Thank you!! Brown rice pasta doesn’t expand too much so I used 2 12 oz packages and that came out to be around 6 small bowls (a little bit more per portion than what I served in the plate in the video). 😄
