For the Nice Cream place two peeled frozen bananas (cute in halves) in a food processor and a small handful of your favorite frozen fruit, like peaches, mangos or berries. Add 2 tablespoons water and let sit for 5 minutes. Blend and serve soft or freeze. A food processor requires little to no liquid vs a blender, which will require more water or plant-milk. Be careful not to put too much liquid if using a blender, or it will become a smoothie. I've been eating this daily and LOVE IT!
