Vegan Rice Crispy Treats & Nice Cream!

These vegan treat recipes are EASY with minimal ingredients and prep time.
The Rice Crispy Treats are from the Medical Medium Blog: / rice-crispy . I sub out raw honey for maple syrup.
For the Nice Cream place two peeled frozen bananas (cute in halves) in a food processor and a small handful of your favorite frozen fruit, like peaches, mangos or berries. Add 2 tablespoons water and let sit for 5 minutes. Blend and serve soft or freeze. A food processor requires little to no liquid vs a blender, which will require more water or plant-milk. Be careful not to put too much liquid if using a blender, or it will become a smoothie. I've been eating this daily and LOVE IT!

Yum!! I really need to try these recipes. I rarely eat sugar now but still have a craving for something sweet! Thank you for the ideas!

Kathleen Kastner Great to hear your cats are doing wonderfully. Yes summer is ok. Thanks for ALL you do on your channel; wishing we were neighbors!! Your demeanor is so calm; I love that!! My husband still refuses 😞 to try the plant based way...even though health problems have surfaced. My grown kids (thankfully Vegan) are long distances from home now. I need Vegan friends to cook & eat with. RU-vid is a good substitute for now. Lol. 🕊🌱👋

Love these recipes today 😊 I will defo try them. Am WFPB compliant and have developed eczema. Been doing the Mc Doughall elimination diet but it’s so limiting and I miss my usual colourful meals. Was wondering if this book covers eczema? Tia

Thank you Tia for your kind words of support! 🙏💖 This book definitely covers eczema, it's life changing! You can go to his web site www.medicalndium.com for free info also and Google "medical medium eczema".. There are podcasts out there recorded by hay house radio.. It's all about cleansing the liver to clear up the skin. Start warm lemon water first thing in the morning, then wait 30 minutes, followed by a hundred percent celery juice, followed by fruit until noon to give the liver a break from breaking down fats and proteins. Avoid wheat, corn and vinegars also. Follow him on Instagram @medicalmedium where you can see the miraculous before and after eczema photos. I hope you get the book and it helps you.. Kathleen Kastner wow Amazing. Thanks so much for the info. All noted 😊 I already realised gluten and corn were a huge trigger. Also have stopped vinegar since the elimination diet. I found that peppers are also a trigger which has made me so sad cause I love chilli and hot food. It’s just taking so long as I introduce one food at a time for 2 days, which means I cant eat my colourful huge salads that I love. Hopefully this will help . Thanks again. Ps- just been looking at his blog and I noted that he encourages some supplements. I tried the link and they seem quite expensive. But also am not keen on taking supplements and would rather get everything from my food . Is the book still worth it with the latter in mind? And are there meal and recipe ideas in the book too. Sorry to ask so many questions. Thanks again .

@@plantplottersparadise4005 it's great you've already eliminated corn, wheat and vinegar. You're on your way! Sorry about the peppers. I understand. I love spicy food also and don't eat it because of the reflux. Maybe in time as your liver gets more clean you might be able to handle a little pepper? His website has a section with tons of recipes on it. It's under the same section with the rice crispy treats. He also has a new book called Cleanse to Heal filled with recipes. His Instagram page also spells out some good recipes. There is a supplement page on his site which he does not get money for, but you don't have to take any of them. I ordered the B12, by Vimergy, he recommended because the B12 I was using had citric acid in it. 😢 It's one of the no foods for the liver. have you tried replacing vinegar with lemon juice or lime juice? That is helping me. I do think the liver Rescue book will help you understand how the liver plays a part in the eczema. Look for the healing before and after photos of people with eczema on his Instagram and read what they have done. 🤗💖

Thanks for letting me know lisa. Maybe you can eat vegan ice cream by So Delicious? They have coconut milk and almond milk varieties. There are other brands of vegan ice cream made with rice milk and soy milk.
