This 30-min yoga routine will help you develop deep muscles' strength to gain stability on your practice, and improve your flexibility by focusing on yummy side bodies & hips' stretches. This is an open-level class, it can feel challenging for you at some point, stay in tune with your body and adjust/take breaks whenever you need to.
