We Made Slightly Offensive Bowling Animations 

I’m surprised no one did a 9/11 one. I was halfway expecting that especially when the plane one came on.

Imagine the divorce animation plays when you're at the bowling alley and you have to watch the entire thing every time you get a split before you're able to continue bowling.

I wish that the sad japanese bowling animation's ending just said "Split!" enthusiastically

So, 9 months after this vid was released, Eonik Animation is now at about 30k subs. I'd say that that Bowling Pin was the best model that guy ever made

On one hand, I’m disappointed that we only saw a snippet of the last animation but on the other, everyone’s horrified reactions coupled with a repeated ‘thud’ in the background was priceless.

I think the one with the plane is the most authentic because it's just the right amount of whacky, goes on for just a little too long, it's just the right amount of jank, and is just far enough removed from the concept to feel perfect.

The fact that Eonik Animation went from having 4 subscribers to having over 32,000 thanks to Wren’s shoutout is wild.

The one with the tanks referencing Tianamen Square was to me the one that felt most like it would be in a bowling alley as it captured the essence perfectly and was short and to the point, it also displayed the number like most do and was the funniest in my opinion.

Came back to rewatch this after the newest episode of offensive bowling alley dropped and noticed that at 17:34 all the guys are laughing, and only Jordan is shaking her head. That animation must've been insane.

As someone with divorced parents, I can say the divorce split animation was hilarious.

i’m going to imagine that in the last clip, the bowling ball punched the pin, knocking her to the floor, and then started bashing her head in… repeatedly. there had to have been quite some gore in it too, but that’s just my opinion

Ok. So I started watching (and I subscribed) the other day. Found this one today. I used to work for a company in Tampa that made the motherboards for AMF Bowling Machines...You mentioned the Bowling Cartel. You aren't far from the truth. They have a tight control over those animations. The systems are bought as a package deal. Fun fact: When I was building those boards at K-Byte/Reptron in 1996/7 they were 386 boards. I think they were SX.

The Bowling gif trend on twitter at the moment make these animations not as obscene as they used to be.

After listening to the audio carefully, here’s what I can interpret from what wasn’t shown of the last animation because I’m bored: (WARNING: WHAT I AM ABOUT TO DISCUSS CONTAINS SENSITIVE CONTENT, FOR OBVIOUS REASONS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED). 17:13 punch strike was accompanied by sound of multiple pins getting knocked down, so I’d imagine maybe she got thrown like a rag doll (thinking of Killer Bean-esq) 17:15 “You hit one!” Is likely shown on screen, as Ball is looking over Pin before proceeding to head towards her 17:17 Beating starts, with Pin trying to beg to Ball to stop 17:21 Pin is now silent, implying he knocked her out by hitting her in the head at least once. 17:26 17:29 Sorry for not knowing his name, but the reactions of the guy on the right suggest that these had the biggest impacts on her, with the one at 17:29 turning quite graphic. Everything from hear on out is a repeating hard thud. By the sound effect, I believe he’s either kicking her, or beating her with the 90s phone he was holding in the clip. If it’s the last one, not only does it confirm what I’m theorizing happened at 17:26 and 17:29, but it may be likely that Ball killed her, or gave her some uncomfortably realistic injuries. After the domestic abuse incident ends, all is quiet for a few seconds before some text appears on screen, and the narrator reads aloud: “Bowl Again!” We’re probably focusing on Pin’s unmoving body, either lifeless or scarred, within that long amount of silence while Ball either stares, walks away, or is out of frame. In conclusion, yeah locking this one in the vault was probably the right call for them to do

Boy, I really like the retro style. There's not much stuff that could distract people from the main action. Like if you have a detailed environment, people are going to see all the details and be like 'that's a lot of details..." but if you don't have details, only your bowling ball and your pins, people are going to look at that, rather than everything else, because it's not interesting enough.
