Tegwen Gregg well I think it is a clue!! She always has clear skin and now I can see some (hormonal) spots on face and chest and her boobs look fuller which I also noticed in one of her previous videos and she didn’t exercise for 2 weeks🤔🤔. Oooooh and she touched her tummy very lovely on the beach☺️. We will see in a few days/weeks😊

YOOOO it took me the longest time to switch from regulr cholate to those thin 85/ cacao. The most tasty way is to bream a chuck off and dip it in almond butter. Its not the same as chocolate with almonds in it. Try it!!

Just a little tip Bc I have trouble with broccoli as well but if you cut off the florets of broccoli the stems don’t cause as much bloat or gas and it really does help
