You know I've always loved (and copied) your jar salads. I've gone back MANY years to get more ideas. Will be making a version of chef salad today (no eggs) and club. Putting in some of my homegrown cherry tomatoes.. 😎 Also making your turkey meatloaves today - saving 3 for pita sandwiches.. YUM. Had a yogurt parfait, raspberries and Lily's mini chips this morning, along with 3 very large cups of black coffee. Great breakfast on an already warming day.
I agree about the extra points/calories with cheese. I just can not do any fat free or reduced fat cheese. I have tried. I just do the regular cheese but watch my portions.
I haven’t had any issues. I always put a paper towel on the bottom of the container I’m using and they stay fresh all week. Sometimes even into the weekend.
