I am around 300 pounds and I'm a young woman. And I am proud to say I just finished cooking all of this. I calculated food for Saturday and Sunday I just made more overnight oats, that salad, and the stry fry. Please positive vibes and some encouragement. I will come back to this comment and let you know how it went.

@@ssethi3904 at first I was supper hunger but as I progressed through the week I got better. Ngl I did have a couple of times when I ate some chips or something like some cookies but I did it in moderation. So everything worked out pretty good I'm going to make some tweeks and adjustments for some of the meals and use different meals from this channel. All I have to do now is make a grocery list and make next week's food.

@@izzyjursch3349 You can totally do it. It’s really mind over matter. The first week or two is the hardest but it gets easier and when your stomach shrinks, you won’t feel hungry as much. I know it’s hard, but you’ll feel so much better about yourself and once you start losing, have a cheat day once a week. That’s what I do and it always works

You can do it 👏👏👏 please stick to the plan and also do some work out, look on you tube videos of how people loose weight to motivate you. But you already took the first step and that's the more important decision you have made. And do it for your health!!!you can do it 💜👍🌹

I have always been very chubby since I was a child, but I had to go on a diet and I was told the quick intermittent. I follow the tips from this channel and have been on the diet for almost 4 months and lost 73.9 lbs. Thanks for the videos!

All her food looks good and most are decent sizes, the only thing is my dietitian told me half a cup of oats in the overnight oats is good if your maintaining but if you want to lose weight then 1/3 cup oat/fluid ratio with extra additions is enough and I find it satisfying

I bought your ebook just because you deserve a sale. Your meals are accessible, nutritionally sound, and well-balanced, without touting any of the latest fads -- so refreshing! I don't have your discipline to eat as plainly and repetitively as you do, so a full week of meals, lunches, and dinners that rotates a few dishes doesn't work for me, but I have used some of your meal ideas. Love the black beans and tahini!

I must confess that ... I love junk food !, so I had to find another method to lose weight and reduce my belly. Everyone recommends lowering sugar, lowering carbohydrates, and exercising, and I'm not a good at exercising. Ok so I want to loose weight, I followed this meal prep religiously. I love the stry fry. I made it to where I had food for the weekend as well and it turned out great. Some notes I do have is 20 minutes is just a little to long for the cookies (mine almost brunt) maybe 15 minutes, make sure when you get the bananas get big ones because I only had enough for 12 cookies, for the pancakes I had to add a little more oat flour (maybe because I did it in the blender), and lastly it's WAY easier to chop all your veggies and chicken before you start so you don't have to break out the cutting board every five minutes.

I LOVE that you’re South African and that your recipes are South African based. I’ve tried to look for a meal prep option all over the show but it’s always in different measurements using ingredients I’ve NEVER HEARD OF. Waiting to for a men’s meal prep book too so I can buy one😭😭😭

I am so glad I found your channel because I am also South African and it’s been hard following overseas channels who use products I struggle to find here. i made this on sunday and it took me like 5 hours to do everything since i dont really cook and i have a small kitchen with not enough pots and pans...so i'm a bit slow when it comes to cooking lol. it was really rewarding to just do this, and the recipes have been absolutely great so far! im currently eating the brown rice pasta and it is so good. im not sure if i made too much though lol so hopefully i didn't. anyhow, i love your videos!! they have really helped me so far in my health journey :) thank you for your content.

I bought the book after seeing a lot your videos. It’s worth every penny and recipes are delicious. My family want to steel my meals ;-). I avoided the snacks prep but the portions are really generous. I adjusted cutting in half . Now it’s working for me as diet otherwise simply I was maintaining the weight. I exercise one or two times a day motherless I was not loosing with full servings. Once again great book! Unfortunately I cannot print it! My compliments 👌👌👌

Sama Alduwaisan absolutely. I believe that they are absolutely great for starting meal prepping. You can also mix and match the weeks as soon as you get acquainted with the method. You need to plan a morning and remember to have your containers ready, don’t panic and breath... initially will be hard but then you don’t think... just follow the instructions and eat 🤩

This could not have been posted at a better time for me. It was my 26th birthday on the June 27th and waking up on the 28th and seeing all the photos/videos of myself made me really sad and really self conscious. I’ve lost 40lbs since November 2019 but I recently gained back 15lbs because well, quarantine. So I just purchased all of your ebooks and I’m getting back into it and this time better than ever. I am so happy I found you. I need to loose weight so bad due to high blood pressure. The stress in my life is ontributing to me making wrong decisions what to eat so if I can do this or some of it, I hope this will help me. God Bless You.
