ತುಂಬಾ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೀರ ಡಾಕ್ಟ್ರೇ. ನಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಲಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು. Intermittent ಫಾಸ್ಟಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ autophagy ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಂತೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಡೆಡ್ ಸೆಲ್ಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಡಮಗೇಡ್ ಸೆಲ್ಸ್ ಕ್ಲೀನ್ ಆಗತ್ತಂತೆ.

Correct mam... Crash diets are temporary only.. Coz the craving increases... And also being strict with ourselves and determined on it. Only then it works

@@dr.divyagowda9967 welcome🙏... I had followed this GM diet plan. But trust me the craving of food is so much... But i saw weightloss as well glow in the skin.. I had avoided rice mainly n my cup of coffee in the mornings... But cud'nt continue long.. And request never to do such diets.. Alwaz hav home food, moderate portions, exercises at home.. Plenty of water..... My piece of advise 👍

@@bhagyab4193 ya....sure, first we have to stop taking white rice and white sugar, per day walking 10,000 steps compulsary, take more fruits and vegetables... weekly one day will be cheat day... morning detox drink and take health breakfast with limited qty after every meal..hot water(30 minutes after meal)
