Welcome back! Enjoying your podcasts In The Flow,as well as with FasCat Coaching. Your more laid-back approach to training and life is resonating with me too. After doing way too much of just cycling,I now do gym regularly,bush walks and hiking and don't stress as much about being the perfect cyclist. I still plan mad adventures on the bike and train accordingly and for fun. ✌️🌱 Oh by the way,are you an INFJ personality type?
