@@easybeliever7 Triggered? Why not. Having been one of the millions of people that were caused harm by the "faithful" of an all-powerful god, don't we get a voice to say that people that can't think for themselves past the end of their noses are delusional when it comes to realizing that any "all powerful god" could have done things a little different, cared more about the children and people his little "all vegetables" are for food dribble that he commands are good to eat. In addition, instead of condemning the vocal atheist about their triggerness, why don't you ask what the church, lovers of god, religion has done in their lives to push them and cause them to get triggered? Why don't you find out why a woman that was so trying to be a good biblical wife was abused by her god-fearing husband, had to cover her child with her own body so that he couldn't get to her to "make her stop crying" at 2 months old? Why don't you find out that this same woman was told time and again by her god-fearing mother that she wasn't important, that the one who was important was her brother because he would be the head of a household someday and she would just be a wife? Why don't you find out why we get upset when we find that the church killed hundreds of indigenous children? Maybe you should get a little triggered too. I'm confused why you don't. Is it all rainbows and unicorns with your ilk? "god gets all the credit" but you can't give him any of the blame? After all: Isiah 45:7 ... god created evil after all. If there is a god he should be blamed for his inaction not praised for what effort WE have had to work at in our lives. We accomplish our goals, god doesn't.
The speaker explains their daily diet, which typically consists of a fistful of food, usually eaten once a day. They enjoy Snake River ribeye, dry-aged and cooked black and blue, with butter and Maldon salt. They believe meat is the healthiest option as it contains all necessary minerals and vitamins, without needing supplements. Their only additional supplements are liver and "vitamin G" for gratitude. They don't eat as much as their friends Sean Baker or Anthony Chafee but maintain good health at 68 years young. They emphasize the importance of waking up early, meditating, praying, and being grateful for everything in life. The speaker also enjoys eggs, liver, sparkling or still mineral water, butter, and salt in their diet.
Today I am starting Week 3 Day 1 on Carnivore! What I eat in a day is: 1 Am: few slices of Bacon and 2 eggs. 7 Pm: Dinner with 2 burger patties. A small slice of Brie and a portion of plain full fat yoghurt as dessert. My only cheat is a small squeese of Agave sirop in my yoghurt. If that is what keeps me going so be it. Compared to all the pizza's, icecream, candy, fruits and cookies I used to eat this is a big step up for me. My biggest insight/realisation to this lifestyle is that when you don't stárt to eat carbs, you don't care for them....once you start eating...you can't stop, because you are never satisfied. Another big plus for me is that I used to be scared to go hungry and planned my day around food. Now I can eat two boiled eggs and know I can go all day without even thinking about food. The downside: having to say 'no' constantly to everything everybody is offering you all day. I have not told anyone yet, I just say 'low carbs' and when I am showing more results they will eventually ask me themselves. No more farts all day...no more bloating...my acne and boils have vanished, my skin looks amazing, my waist has slimmed down a bit, I can cross my legs again and a very mellow peaceful flowy feeling throughout the day, no more anxiety. Lots of love Suzanne from Holland
@@NightsonBroadway thanks so much! This journey might have saved my life. Please let me know if there is anything I could help you with if you are interested in starting Carnivore
I'm 63 and just started being a carnivore (on my 2nd month). I feel so good now. I wish I had known about this natural diet earlier in my life, but it's never too late to start. I found out about the carnivore diet by watching a Dr. Shawn Baker video and then just kept learning from others like Dr. Anthony Chaffee. I enjoy watching your videos sir and appreciate your knowledge of the subject matter and the way you teach with confidence. Thank you kindly 😊
👍👍👍I loved this one!!! I'm almost 5 months in on Carnivore and am roughly your size, but still working on body composition. I feel the best on Ribeyes, but eat burgers and eggs a lot, and NY strips (with lots of grass-fed butter) occasionally to stay on budget. I take some liver/organ supplements, because I'm not sure that I can stomach them. I love my seltzer, too. I feel blessed and am grateful for what I have, and that I found Carnivore, which has greatly improved my health (still healing and trying to spread the word).
I buy grass fed grass finish liver its super cheap (not much more then regular) and I freeze it in small pieces and I eat it raw a couple of pieaces a day (swallow with water) its super cheaper then the the supplements and more 'real' cost me about 3-4 bucks a week for fresh liver !!!
True. But, I disagree, I think we should eat everything in moderation. All whole; real foods of course from God. If the food is man made, stay far away from it.
@@peacelovejoyandhappinessActually the Carnivore diet is the closest to what the Old Testament Israelites ate and what God approved of. Many things God made were not approved by Him for His people to eat. Plus, no mention of salads, vegetables or grains other than what was used to make bread. And the bread back then was completely different than the soft, doughy breads of today. Fruits were mainly prunes, figs and dates. Nothing like what’s pushed on us today. Science is always against God and science tells us red meat is unhealthy.🤔
First time I’ve seen a video of yours, and straight up, after only about 1 minute in, I immediately knew you were awesome. Couldn’t click subscribe fast enough! Can’t wait to catch up and check out your other videos 👍🏻 !!! Side note: tying it in with/mentioning God was the icing on the cake for me. God bless brother! 🙏🏻
haha hell yeah bro. Food for the masters in the master class. We are the lions my man! I will be there for more 5 AM meat ups. Just busy life lately and moving
Finally! Someone else who loves their meat like me!!Black and blue and refrigerator aged. If it ain't moving on the plate, it's too done. Thank you for sharing. ❤❤
Meeting Dr Kiltz & trusting him & his research was the best thing that ever happened to me! Because of you, we have a daughter who we adore! Endless thank you, Doctor!!
I’m starting my 2nd month of carnivore at 70 years old and feel great. Cant WAIT for my bloodwork in April!! Thanks Doc….just started following you and love your amazing attitude ❤️✌🏼
I appreciate how you give thanks to God, to Jesus. That speaks volumes. I myself don’t eat as much as Baker or Chaffee either, as I’m 5’8”, 158. I lost around 45+ pounds in the last 2-3 years, mostly on keto, but transitioning to carnivore. I do enjoy my steak as rare as yours as well. Blessings!
The Bible even mentions that those who eat herbs are weak. I am fortunate to have fantastic well water which I put a packet of LMNT in and drink it all day. Other than that, I drink half and half, cuz I have a lot of cow in me! Lol!
20 years ago I went vegan, juiced veggies ate-fake meats and basically starved myself. Worked out at the gym mind you I could do 600 abdominal crunches. Always short on breath and blood pressure 210/170. Practiced yoga and was 181 pounds for 5 foot 8 inches large frame. I did every kind of diet imaginable. Bottom line in 2019 my weight blossomed to 350 pounds size 54 inch waist line. Went to nutritionist and was advised a keto lifestyle change and 2 years later was 250 pounds. On my own went to carnivore against the nutritionist’s advice and now my waistline is size 38-40. My bloodwork, blood pressure, O 2 levels high 90s not 89 to 92 in 2019. Look, the doctor is right carnivore is the answer not a soy or carrot, beet, juiced drink.
I’ve got a serious question, so I’m currently living in Spain, been here for about 7 years, and a few years ago I was diagnosed with something called “eosinophilia esophagitis.” I was told at first I shouldn’t eat any red meat, along with a whole bunch of other wholesome foods, or at least from what I understood. However, I’ve had this feeling of where the food I eat gets stuck down in my esophagus, right around my chest, and it’s happened to where I’ve had to go get the piece of food removed by endoscopy. I’ve not only experienced this immense pressure in my esophagus with meat but also with a muffin, spaghetti… anyway, I’ve been prescribed esomaprazol but I truest believe there has to be an alternative solution, b/c this medication also doesn’t allow proper absorption of certain nutrients and vitamins and whatnot. I would love to know what I could do to get off this med and continue with jus eating meat, eggs and fish. I was doing good for a while maybe like a month or two, but one night I was having a steak and the feeling of the food being stuck happened again. But I will say, I was highly stressed out from my two little girls running around and screaming at each other, which btw I truly think this “condition” I have is from stress and not so much based around an allergy to meat, or something else like coffee being acidic. Any help from you would be great and or anyone else.
Dr kiltz I happily eat the same foods as you and have done for the last 2 1/2 years but would find it very hard to only eat a fistful per day! Even my 20kg dogs who are carnivore eat probably 3-4 of my fistfuls…🤔 I am still slightly overweight but they are lean. Am I just overeating out of habit rather than need do you think?

Hi, Anna. Please, try to eat one meal a day, no snacking, besides that is very beneficial, it'll help you to lose these stubborn pounds. You don't have to worry about the size of your meal. Take care.
I don't even feel like I've eaten anything with a fist size of food. I wouldn't last one day. I'm sure I'm probably overeating protein but there's no way I could do a fist size of food, once a day. I did omad for quite a while when I was really heavy and I'm actually pretty sure that's why I'm so frail and lost so much muscle mass. I don't think omad is good for women.
@@Annalwayslearning a fistful of food sounds like such a low calorie diet... literally less than 1000 calories... like you said even a small dog eats more.
But the Lion diet do no yo use butter? Because i have very big immune problems so i would like to take only meats, if i eat only ribeye is ok or i will eat to much proteins? I am worried about protein Poison. Thanks
1:46 Sir you kneed to sharpen your knives, that's what causes the squeak of the knife on the plate. 😬 May I ask what is your position on seafood? In Japan, seafood is possibly more commonly eaten than land animals. I can't go without good sashimi. 😅 Also, I have no religious aversion to pork, but I just don't think it tastes good, except bacon.
I gave your video a thumbs up for the genuine carnivore message, which I totally agree with. I am rather disappointed however, that like so many other indoctrinated Americans, you’ve got to bring mythical beings into a serious topic.
I'm glad you mentioned God, amen! Jesus is all we need. Then air, water, and meat haha. Literally. To live and survive here on Earth. I believe after sin we began to need meat for some reason. I always pray and let God know I am aware of how much He cares for each of these animals that we are eating, and thank you for allowing us to take their life in order to allow us (humans) to live (plants were literally killing me and my young children, they truly are posiousness to us). And to me it resembles Jesus dying and giving His life for us so that we can live for eternity with Him.
