Strength training is the best way to go for faster results, better results, and you'll love going to the gym more than if you were to do cardio alone. Do not worry about sagging skin - deal with it when you get there because you'll be way happier at your goal weight with some extra skin compared to where you begin!*

Maybe I can help :) I'm new to this but I made loads of really yummy seasoned shredded chicken and put it in the fridge probably good for a week or so but its so good I'm using it up. I just toast some whole wheat toast and put some on there with tzatziki dip (random) which I bought pre made and its quite healthy. If you do have more time but don't wanna cook just sit down with some tomato/avocado and cut up some over it and that def makes the sandwich better. I also use tortillas and make wraps out of it. On the side some fruits or my go to right now is baby carrots with green salsa (its gives me the feeling of chips) at least this is still healthy and you're not messing up for those days you're lazy/exhausted!

THANK YOU for addressing the fact that calorie totals for losing weight differ from woman to woman based on her current height/weight/size!! So many "What I Eat in a Day" videos seem to advertise that all women seeking weight loss must be eating roughly 1400-1500 , and they never mention how different bodies have different needs! thank you!

since i started my weight loss journey on January 1st.ive lost exactly 17 kg .but ive also lost my appetite completely !! I try to force my self to eat but I always feel like puking. Man.. I eat Oats with fruit and Oat milk for breakfast... usually beans, potatoes, or rice with veggies for dinner... I've only done it for about 2 weeks now but I haven't lost hardly anything.. I actually gained 10lb when I went plant based.. not giving up though...I think my body is just taking time.. I'm diabetic I don't know if that has anything to do with it.. it's been hard to control my blood sugars eating this way.. because the food doesn't spike my sugar it takes awhile so I don't know when I need to take insulin..I hope I get it figured out soon. Thanks for your videos they're inspiring me to try different things.

I love your videos and delicious recipes! I am also very petite (4'9 and 22 years old), so my calorie intake has to be low like yours. Perhaps lower. I've had some troubles with eating less calories, since I really love food. But your videos and recipes really help me see how I can distribute the calories throughout the day, so I don't have to feel so hungry during the day and then have a snack attack :-)
Hey - I would like to know, how do you calculate your calories ? I use the method - 1 g Protein = 4 calories and the same goes for carbohydrates and for fats it is 1 g = 9 calories. please let me know, if you count your calories that way too! p.s - your videos are amazing!
