It's always nice to pick up a coyote. It's even better to pick up a double. In this video, we do the remake on a version of a dirt hole and a flat set. Hope this helps somebody out there. Enjoy!

Just curious. I noticed you set the trap the opposite way of how I was taught. I know on smaller game the jaws will throw the foot out sometimes. Does it make much difference on dogs. I never tried that direction on larger game

Thank you. At one point we were running 200 traps on multiple properties. It was very demanding and we don’t have any intention of doing it again anytime soon lol
Some of my hunting areas are overrun with coyotes, im in western ny, orleans county, which video of yours covers all needed equipment to get the job done. Im assuming the same setup will work for wolves as well.
I was down in your neck of the woods last weekend hog hunting and I believe I ran across a fisher track, kinda old track in the snow but I believe that was it. You guys ever run into any of those critters?
Where were you? As far as I know, we don’t have any where I’m at. I’ve never seen tracks or got pictures of them. Closest one I know of being trapped is about two hours north of me.
Every 10 ? Ever looked into a dog's eyes ? I get there's no breeding limit with yoties . but why enialate them !?? They clean up unwanted rodent issues !
I'm not crazy about yoties ! But watching your video . those2 dogs were asking for forgiveness ! I have pet dogs and they look at me the same way when they are hungry . I'm not chunkin on you for hunting yoties ! Just can't shoot a wolf or coyote cause I have dogs . if you want to shoot em . that gives them a chance . trapping predators . . . un fair . imagine going to the fridge and , wam ! You go to get your sandwich and your hand is stuck ??? Take a second look next time you reach for your snack at coffee time ! P.s. hope you don't have mouse problems . . . the yoties take care of that.

I agree ! I would rather see a bullet go through . not two dogs in leg traps begging for forgiveness ! Not that I want to see dogs die . shouldn't be on internet . I would have risked my. Hand to let them go . Pull the trigger and eat . . . cyotes aren't table fare . chickens and cows are .
