So sorry to hear this. For alopecia you also need vitamin D3 & K.

Whoa, I had to fight back tears watching this. I cannot imagine getting an alopecia diagnosis at age 10. It's such a formative and vulnerable age. I was diagnosed in my late 20s early 30s and the only saving grace for me, because the diagnosis was still devastating af, was that it was gradual. I had locs and ended up cutting them off but the injections worked for a while and I wore my hair short which I loved so much. But I stopped the injections after a while because I felt weird about steroids and things just got worse. I don't talk about it on my channel because I like to give people some sense of how I've been treating it which I really haven't been. I'm just so glad I no longer have severe irritation and soreness on my scalp because I avoid putting anything on it but a mixture of water and tea tree oil from a spray bottle. I feel like when you get alopecia, the doctors just tell you about chemical treatments and there's no natural alternatives and you're just stuck with it like there's no cure and you just have to deal with it. Like you said, it's like, what did I do to deserve this? Listening to your experience with it is so helpful, just in terms of not feeling alone and I know so many who watch must feel this way so please know that your authenticity and honesty are so appreciated.
