What's The Mysterious Thing That Ever Happened To You? 

I've never experienced sleep paralysis before so I'm not sure if that's what I experienced or if it was just a nightmare. This was back in maybe 2017 or 2018, when Until Dawn was super popular. I watched a playthrough of it earlier that week and when I went to bed that night, just before I was falling asleep, I heard the tiniest creak in my room. For whatever reason, my brain had immediately jumped to, "There's a wendigo in your room. Do not move. Make no sounds. Stay still." My body completely locked up with my back to my closet door. Even if I'd wanted to roll over, I couldn't. I was stuck like that until I somehow had fallen asleep. No idea what it was exactly but I've never experienced it since that night. Grateful for that because it scared the hell out of me.

Over a decade later, and no one in my family can explain this. I went to bed one night, and this was during the time where I chose to only sleep with a one-person fleece blanket over me. When I fall asleep, I'm essentially dead to the world. I have no record of sleep-walking either. When I woke up the next morning, I realized I was cold af and tried pulling my blanket up. It wasn't there. I opened my eyes and looked around my room for it, only to see that it was hanging in my hamper. I asked my brother if he did it and got a "What tf would I get out of putting YOUR blanket in YOUR hamper?". Asked my folks, and they just looked at me like I had three heads. To this day, no one knows how my blanket ended up in the hamper during the night. Weird shit, but true all the same. I still have that blanket.

My weird thing experience: One time I was out with my (at the time) boyfriend and we were going back to his house. We pull up and there's a kid (maybe 12 years old) standing in front of his garage. We stopped and backed up and flipped around and by the time we got back to his house (so maybe 1 minute) the kid was gone. I have no idea what happened or who this unattended child was or what he was doing out alone at like 10pm but he and I still talk about this story.
