I've been rebounding for 8+ years. I absolutely love I Jump Instead channel!! So many free amazing workouts!!!! 5 min beginner all the way to 60 min advanced. I love my Cellerciser from David Hall 🎉

I have been working out for years with the I Jump Indtesd twins on the cellerciser. My life has changed because of them. I cannot have a day without jumping with them. They have so much great content on their channel and I’ve joined their membership where they do 6 live 60 min classes in a week.These workouts are transforming my body like nothing else. The twins are so humanly lovely, so authentic and just beautiful human beings. That together with some fun jumping is a treat that makes my heart and body happy daily. I wouldn’t be without their workouts.

I jump instead, the trophy twins are the best! They are knowledgeable, genuine and have the results to prove that their programs get the ultimate results! I have been jumping with them for a couple of years now and absolutely love all of their routines! The new lives are amazing, they keep me motivated and accountable and have me seeing the results. I couldn't start my day without doing one of their routines! I'm a personal trainer and love to promote jumping. The trophy twins are my biggest fitness inspirations.

I Jump Instead with the Trophy Twins on a cellerciser!!! No better workout, rebounder or fun anywhere! They are so encouraging & take their time to reply and give the nicest compliments that keep you wanting to do better & better. Plus, the results are incredible!

I JUMP INSTEAD with the Trophy Twins! The workouts are amazing and I had instant results in 1 week with their You Tube workouts. I started off with 20-30 minutes. Joined their subscription and I’m loving it.

I do and have done lots of workouts with I jump instead - the trophy twins who teach are phenomenal! I have a cellerciser rebounder and live it!

So ironic!!! I watched this while doing my rebounder! In my sauna suit. I use EFFECTIVE WORKOUT channel on RU-vid. I don’t usually listen to his music but sometimes. He has such a variety and back grounds. It’s free!!! It’s amazing. You def should try! Oh I have a bellicon, I love it. I do rebounding along with TA or ballet beautiful streaming.

I have been doing LEKfit for about a year and love it! I think their rebounder may be like the cellerciser as in i got headaches at first because it was so much more firm than my jump sport.

I love the Cellercise, especially for stretching and indoor exercises in hot So Fla. Using cellercise helps me with plantar fasciitis and helps relieve pains in right arm from a prior break in my arm. Working out with the twins from I Jump Instead has helped me tremendously with gaining balance, strength, cardio and face exercises! I love them so much I have joined their monthly subscription program.

Swan by Carolina😆😆😆😆!!!!! Inexpensive, shorter and more effective version of the TA method! Experienced results immediately and have sustained results since! 2-3 levels for weekly routines i.e. tone light and intermediate\advanced! Offers rebounder, ballet, chair and combination workouts! I do love Lekfit Rebounding but her workouts are so much more. Her ab section are some of the most flat ab friendly I’ve found - no sit ups!

I've been doing RU-vid workouts with Radical Rebounding. There are beautiful outdoors workouts from Sedona with mountains and bright blue skies. She seems very knowledgeable and gives good cues and inspiration. I'm fairly new to this, so haven't tried too many different workouts. I also really like Jump and Jacked with her 15 min themed workouts (like 90s Dance Party, Shakira, Ed Sheet, and ALL kinds of music!).

I love your content, it’s very singular! Anyway I’m like you, bad knee and can’t do impact. Been doing TAM about 15 years, and sometimes just need a 15-30 cardio add on. So same as you, and you’re right it feels like there isn’t a lot out there for rebounding and I’m not sure why?! But I’ll check out some of your recs!

I began my rebounding fitness with a high quality bungee unit (FitBounce Pro) and I loved it. Then, about one year later, I discovered I JUMP INSTEAD and the Trophy Twins. I was intrigued by their claim they could build muscle on a Cellerciser -- no hand held weights needed. I tried their workouts on my bungee but they just didn't work as well. So, I upgraded to a Cellerciser and have been doing their workouts ever since (for two years now). The Cellerciser rebounder has a different bounce and I believe I get more out of it than on the bungee. It really does it all -- stretching, cardio, flexibility, muscle building, and strength. It's important to note that high intensity bungee workouts/jumping don't necessarily work so well on the Cellerciser and having good instructors (like the Trophy Twins) helps me to get the most out of it.

I have a bellicon and love the classes. There's also an awesome girl on YT who has some awesome rave type classes her channel is Trampit. And then there is ReboundFit inc on YT too that has some awesome videos songs of the early 2000's (they no longer make videos but love the few on here that exist. They are FREE and I never get tired of doing them. Oh and also there is Perspirology... her's are really intense but also fun w the music.

I’m curious how TAM, dance cardio, rebounding, Hamlin (and maybe more that I’m missing?) all fit together? And how long your routine is. This month - for experiment sake - I am doing ONLY rebounding (hour long workouts with the I Jump Instead twins). Loving it so far but gosh - Hamelin is so good!!!

I prefer rebound workouts with a clock on the screen, like with Earth & Owl. I Jump Instead, I want to get into, but I can't bcuz I don't have a Cellercise yet, and the tram I got , which is like a Cellercise knock off, is not cutting it for that type of workouts.

Can i only do rebounding .i know its i pirtant to do atrength training wich im doing now but i cant seem to loose any weight ..i do have a cellersier but my head hasnt been feeling the best i get motiionsickness and dizzy ..but does rebounding help loose weighg and do i still need to strength train for the tight tone muscle look

Hey! I’ll be coming out with a video soon! Out of all the rebounder workouts, I liked theirs most. But because i listen to my own music while they instruct, i would have closed captions going to read instruction. Since i love my workout program with Hamelin D’Abell I ended my membership with I Jump Instead. Nothing against their workout. Just my preference towards Hamelin D’Abell workouts. Ya know?

I need to get back to Hamelin. Like a bad habit I went back to TA in September. The last few IS have been really good. I’ve been mixing in some strength days. Planing to get back to HAM again soon though. I was getting massive headaches either from the tramp or vibration plate so I am now only doing 10 mins on the tramp 4 days a week with just my own workout on it.

@@stormfitness it is SO NICE to switch it up. Probably nice to ease into it to with the rebounding and vibration plate. When I first started rebounding I found it gave me a subtle headache too which is apparently normal!

Our favorite workouts are ✅On the Cellerciser of course😉 and ✅Definitely our I Jump Instead Routines - especially the latest free workouts!!! In our members only workouts, we focus on strengthening, deep flexibility AND rehabilitation. Sooo powerful and effective. 60 minutes a day is the full meal deal and checks ALL the fitness boxes.🏆🏆🏆

The BIGGEST impact in the shortest about of time was Tracy Anderson’s metamorphosis program. Workouts are 30 min and based on your body type. I have several videos on it and the workouts can be found on RU-vid! Appealing to the cheap side of me! That was such an awesome jumpstart and what I recommend for anyone. For what I enjoy and get great ongoing results - it’s Hamelins The Model Workout. The biggest downside is the workouts are long. But I enjoy them. Metamorphosis is HARD but got quick results in a short period of time.

@@RundownwithRachelI also love HAM! Did the custom workout. I unfortunately haven’t been sticking with it like I should because they are so long!! That is why I love rebounding! I also get extreme fatigue and rebounding is the only thing that gives me so much energy!

her workout is completely diffrent. but you it will get more toned as she incorporates heavier weights. i always lose muscle with tracy.

I ordered a cellerciser (thru your link cuz I’m not Savage like that 😉). Can’t wait to start! Have been surfing RU-vid looking at different channels for which workout to do as a beginner. But FIRST I MUST get a good supportive bra - and maybe some diapers!? 😂😂😂

At some point I’m going to do a video comparing rebounders and all the reasons I went with cellerciser. I’m all about the highest impact sports bras. If only they were cute! As high impact as they may be, I still have to wear 2! I know what you mean about the diaper part! I’ve learned that starting with a health bounce (light bouncing) is a great way to ease into it and can prevent leakage.

Bellicon is the best. Worth every penny. Carve it is online rebounding-superb incredibly!! Ness is rebounding classes and rebounder that Eva Longoria promotes. Lower price point than Bellicon. Ok classes-too boring for my tastes.

Hi Rachel! You're vain, cheap, and easily irritated? Sounds like me too! And a lot of people! The rebounder is definitely on my short list of pricey "wants". You know I'll get the TAM download for it. That said, I think I want more than 10 minutes just to boost up my nonexistent cardio. I'll let you know WHEN I get one. Definitely barre groove and the ness are by far the best. Lekfit, Lauren kleban is a very mean person..I've interacted with her personally. And quite frankly, her moves are repetitive and her counts are always off so ur lost the whole rebounding part

Apparently judging by all the comments, I seem to be the only one who finds the I Jump Instead twins incredibly annoying. While I like the simplicity of the short workouts, I couldn't stand the squeakiness of the springs on their rebounders and I just find them very corny. I do, however, LOVE Michelle Briehler's RU-vid channel (lots of rebounding workouts), which often incorporate more challenging combos and longer workouts - and it's free! Renee Lynn is another good one with simpler moves (also free) and several shorter workouts. Naomi Joy was a go-to as well, but she doesn't appear to be doing videos anymore :(

@@RundownwithRachel Now I have to follow up my earlier comment... I went back to the I Jump Instead channel after un-subscribing several months ago - and they have VASTLY improved their content over the last year. Their videos used to have zero music, lots of cellerciser squeaking sounds, and just too many repetitive references to getting a "trophy body". Now it seems the production value of their videos is a lot better (less talking, more music!) and I'm finding myself a lot more engaged in their workouts.
