I’ve been following your channel for a while and then in 2021 I got into a motorcycle accident and tore my acl. Your vids helped me develop a workout plan for myself and have a better understanding of the workouts and what muscles it’s targeting and what’s exposed. Also you’ve lost a lot of weight bro!!! Keep it up!

Question. Is there a comparable exercise for the groinal area? Can we hypothetically “chase the pump” for our erector muscle in order to make it bigger? I’m asking for a friend btw.

Pretty cool topic. New to me on how this is explained. Makes me think I rarely train more than 20 reps and I switch 2 of my warm up reps to a 30-45 rep burnout or add them after heavy pressing.

I feel like yeah as long as u give urself time before preseason training to get in decent shape. Don’t wanta be sluggish. Gotta get used to ur weight a lil.
