Susannah, these exercises are sooo good for wrists, hands, and arms/shoulders. I broke both of my wrists at the start of the pandemic, had surgery on one, and worked with a physical therapist after. I have a lot of exercises from the PT but you added great ones in this video! I love the arms extended with wrists down or up, the isometric exercises, and the shaking our wrists and hands out. I love this routine!

This is a terrific program! My hands are arthritic and feeling stiffer all the time. I also have some carpal tunnel and of course OP. Doing bird dogs or down dogs are getting more difficult. I’ll be doing these daily! Thanks!

Thank you for strength wrist exercises. I needed this because I already have broken my left wrist working out doing step aerobics in 2014. thank you so much for sharing this. Looking forward to seeing more exercises for strong wrist!

My grip strength wasn't as good as it used to be. My wrists feel so much better, even after only one time through the exercises. I'll be doing these often.

Thanks for this exercise. I know I need these as much as the rest of the body. But I definately need the exercises for Osteoporosis since I have this and am taking Fosamax for this condition. The medicine causes me a lot of side effects so I hope to get strong enough to get off this medicine. Thanks Susannah

I have arthritis in the wrists and can only do some of the exercises. But then, my wrists don't get strengthened all over, just in a few places. If I could get rid of the pain, then I could do them all! Any plan B for arthritic wrists?

Hi- I liked these exercises, please help me understand how a broken wrist puts you in the osteoperosis category. I recently fractured my wrist and have been diagnosed with osteopina in the past. I am quite concerned. thank you How can you help?
