for those prices, I would be sending them back! that is not up to standard for the prices they charge. But I will say they look really nice!!!!

I worked with customer service to get them fixed/replaced. They were great about handling everything and am happy with the resolution.

Throw some washers behind the magnet to keep it pushed out on the screw. Not ideal to have to do that when you pay for the high-end craftsmanship.

Thanks for showcasing the mugholder! I have a couple coming in my fastpass, so its good to see what they'll be like, though I guess as an international backer I don't think I'll be getting mine for a few more months... lol

Depends on what size the cards are. Full size playing cards you can get 3 but mini euro (ticket to ride) you can get 4 vertical or 2 horizontal.
