The video is excellent. The banner ads which appear during full screen do make it hard to see some of the positions, though. Not sure there's anything to be done about that.

Mam mujhe chest pain...Mera hdl 36 h or ldl 56 or total 111 Kya ye thik Hain...doctor said me avoid oily food and chicken. And what's should I eat and can I do excersie in chest pain...pain is due to cholesterol

It is preferable you do these on an empty stomach before any major meal.

Hi, I'm Kalai here. Pass few days I'm having heart pain left side. When check up with Dr, report mention that my cholesterol level is high. Dr, advise me to do exercise and yoga. Hopefully your tips help me.

It can be done not more than 5 times before lunch or before dinner. But the best time to do deep breathing is early morning!

Hi Thanks for asking the question These asanas, pranayamas and mudras will help with good blood circulation in the entire body, even the heart which will help you control your cholesterol levels. Kapalbhati, especially, will help the heart pump blood more effectively. With regular practice, we are sure these exercises will ensure best results!

My hands can't form the reverse prayer positions....what do I do to gradually train them?

That's not a problem. Flexibility can take time. But it's important you try the pose. And the best way to do it is keep practicing. Fold your arms as much as you can everytime you do it and you will see gradually that you are able to fol them further.
