The video is excellent. The banner ads which appear during full screen do make it hard to see some of the positions, though. Not sure there's anything to be done about that.

Kapalbhati, especially, will help the heart pump blood more effectively. With regular practice, we are sure these exercises will ensure best results!

That's not a problem. Flexibility can take time. But it's important you try the pose. And the best way to do it is keep practicing. Fold your arms as much as you can everytime you do it and you will see gradually that you are able to fol them further.
