I just did this for menstrual cramps too and it helped! But I wanted to request a specific practice for menstrual cramps too since you’re a miracle worker Joelle!! Thank you for all the healing you create 💟

I love soothing and slow practices for digestion like this rather than those fiery vinyasa workouts. Those might get the digestion going too but I prefer the slower pace when I'm feeling bloated or stressed out

I woke up feeling bloated and generally uncomfortable. As I lay in my bed trying to feel better it dawned on me - yoga! I’ve done this one and the yin 15 min. System is responding. Namaste 🧘🏾‍♂️☺️

Thank you so much Joelle, that was lovely. Quick question, with supine twist you had us twist right then left. Hi Jenny, I think this is one of those questions where you'll probably find different schools of thought. In yoga, typically we tend to do things on the right side first, so that's the rough general rule I personally stick to. But if it feels better in your body to experiment with going left first, I'm all for it! 😉

Thank you Joelle. This was really helpful. Is it safe to practice with a hernia? You ask for video requests. Yoga for IBS would definitely benefit me. I didn’t see it amongst your library.

Just a thought, if you could put 3-5 min of silence at the end of your videos that would be wonderful. I'll be relaxed at the end of a session then immediately a loud disruptive ad comes on :(.

Unfortunately doing so would likely hurt my analytics on RU-vid as it means most people would drop off before the end and then the pesky algorithm wouldn't promote those videos as much. I do leave some silence at the end of my slower videos though! And I've tried to do a better job with a gentle ending on my more recent videos. Thanks for understanding! 😉
