Yoga for Lupus is a gentle, 10 minute yoga class for all those people that suffer from Lupus and other autoimmune conditions that involve inflammation at the joints. A class that can be used as yoga for chronic pain management.
This video includes a lot of gentle movements at the major joints of our body to help us stay active even during a flare up. It also helps with the inflammation that is present in all of these conditions and acts both on a physical and metal level, by calming down the nervous system as well as helping the body move well.

Hello Bea! I have really enjoyed doing this class, as I suffer from many chronic conditions, including neck arthritis and digestive issues, fatigue and fybromyalgia. I wonder if you could do another video for that. Although doing this one regularly might help, isn't it?

Thank you Bea so much. Ive gone from running 7km in the morning and around,2 hours worth of yoga a day, to a ten minute walk and hanging up the washing is exhausting. Even the simple leg extension at the start is tiring. I am so grateful for the gentle sessions for auto immune. Thank you for providing this. Blessings to you ❤️🧡💛💚💙💎💜

I have lupus and doing this routine was super helpful and calming! It helped my breathing regulate back to normal.

Ohmygoodness! I live in chronic pain, and finally decided "what do I have to lose! It can't hurt!".... please make more videos. Living with Lupus is no joke. The pain can be excruciating, and the joint stiffness is real. My back is always on fire, so any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!!!

Hi Karen, sorry to hear you have Lupus. It can be a very debilitating conditions, and because its so painful we end up not moving at all. I wanted to help with some gentle exercises for the joints and general aches. There are a few more joint specific videos on my channel, but most of my classes (it not all) are thought with chronic pain in mind. Hope you have a lovely weekend. 😊🙏

Thanks so much for posting this. I'm having a flare up and have been inactive for the past week as a result. The pain sets in whenever I'm at rest, but at the same time, I feel so ill it's hard to exercise properly. This is a good in between for me.

Hi Billie, so sorry to hear you are currently going through a flare up. I am glad you found this video helpful, perhaps the Yin Yoga classes would be even better for your during a flare up as you'd spend more time in a specific posture. Either way, I hope you find some relief soon 🙏
