Yoga for Lupus is a gentle, 10 minute yoga class for all those people that suffer from Lupus and other autoimmune conditions that involve inflammation at the joints. A class that can be used as yoga for chronic pain management.
This video includes a lot of gentle movements at the major joints of our body to help us stay active even during a flare up. It also helps with the inflammation that is present in all of these conditions and acts both on a physical and metal level, by calming down the nervous system as well as helping the body move well.
