I LOVE this one! Im a 22 year old male who has been doing yoga on and off for the last few years and I finally feel like I have found an instructor with methods that are challenging but reasonable. I can feel the difference in my arms, chest, thighs, neck, etc, etc. Not to mention having this available to pull up on my computer at home is so easy! I love it! Thank you for all the great videos Esther! You are a vital part of my daily morning routine!

hi esther i have been following your yoga sequences for three months now and i definitely notice a difference in my strength, my posture and my overall body tone. someone else posted that they couldn't find a good yoga teacher; well i started attending a yoga class but eventually left as i honestly felt you were more helpful then they were! Can't wait for your dvd to come out! All the best

i was wondering if you have or could do a video on all upper body stretches. i have terrible shoulders and really need to stretch them out as much as possible! thank you so much! i love your videos!!

Hi Lily, yeah.. that is a common enough problem. You want to pull / suck in the centre of your palm a bit, like you want to pull it up toward your shoulder. Another thing you can do with certain poses is placing a folded towel underneath your wrist so the angle is not as intense. Than just build it up slowly, with practice your wrist will get stronger. This is very helpful. Thanks! I would love to see more advanced positions for upper body strengthening soon! I find downward dolphin (on forearms) very helpful for shoulder strength. Esther, could you also add for us some positions to aid in mobility for the thoracic spine? This gets so tight with me.

I have just started yoga with your videos and it feels wonderful ! I have always slouched my upper back while sitting or standing and now it's kind of Permanent. Can u suggest some yoga for correcting that ! Thanks

Hello Esther and thank you for another great video. Do you mean that for EACH repetition of this vinyasa that I should be aiming for 10 breaths in each position?

Esther amazing job! :D thankyouu! :)* i need some help, though. Every time I try the downward dog, i feel dizzy and can't keep up.. any suggestion?? and I started playing Squash which requires a lot of arm work and this helped.. If I play any sport my body starts to hurt, at the thighs, arms, shoulders and back! My feet ache too if I play for long.. I've been trying your Yoga and it has really helped! :) But could u suggest exercise for healing or any specific Yoga videos I should watch? :) xox

Hi Esther, I've been doing yoga on and off since a year or a bit more but then downward dog is ALWAYS giving an extreme pain on my upper back. I've tried any way i can during that pose but it feels like someone stabbing me in my spine!! What possibly am i doing wrong? Am i the first one who experiencecs this in this pose? Thanks for your vids and support. You are the best yoga teacher!

I tried doing Surya Namaskar after a gap of 6 months. Just one day of workout for 15 mins & my upper arms have terrible pain. Hope this would help before I restart full session after few days of these exerciese. Tks so much.

Esther. My left shoulder makes a rippling, crunching noise when I roll it. It is not painful, just sort of crunchy sounding... or crunchy feeling. What can I do to help this? It's in the trapezeus (sp?) area.
