It's weird and amazing how it works like instantly, I was feeling sooo tired before that exercice. I have to say if you want it to work, you should really focus on the breathing.

now this is what yoga is all about... i like how i can free style along with this and like she said do what feels right. also allowing a good amount of time to full let those breaths sink in deep.

Listening to all the cracks in your body is waking up your body which is a good thing because that is practically energizing yourself opening it buddy

Yesss ! I finally found my personnalised yoga teacher :) Your energy, the way you explain the poses and the way you make yoga more flowy and alive and aligned with life, suits me so much. AND it is short so i am motivated to do it and it brings immediate results ! I am so happy !!!

Ekhart Yoga I have been following your videos for close to six months now. I agree with the comment above that the way to explain how to get to poses is perfect. If you have the time I wanted to ask you about a book. I am interested in how different poses effect the organs. Example: grief is stored in the lungs, (sadly that is the only example i have). It is very iteresting to me as to how the mind connects with the body. If you have an suggestions for a book i would love to hear them. Thanks, Marilyn K.

Thank you for the video!! I am a mother of 3 little one's and in university....I spend most of my evenings/nap times sitting and studying and love that this video is short enough that I take a break every 1 1/2-2 hours to do this video then return to my studying/reading!! I would love a few more quick, energizing videos!
