My boyfriend broke up with me 2 days ago. Felt absolutely crushed and sick to my stomach. I told myself that I would give one day to cry it out, be sad, overthink the relationship and do nothing, but the next day you're back to being full of life again. Today is that day, I cleaned my whole apartment, washed my hair, started with light exercise and continued my routine and working on my goals. I feel so much better and like myself again. I had to take a few days off school to heal from the first man I genuinely loved. I was going to push through those days but I couldn’t. Through God and rest it’s getting easier day by day though the thoughts still linger

My 3 year long term relationship ended in January. Since then, I've rededicated my life to Christ and am praying my ex does the same. I feel in my heart he's my person, just not right now. The pain though still wrecks me every day. I pray that if he is the one that God wants for me, He will give me some kind of Peace in knowing that. I also pray if he's not my person that he takes away my feelings for him so that I stop being my own stumbling block. Rejection is rough.

I have had the worst year and it has nothing to do with a man, but what I can say is that even tho this has been a very challenging year I feel peace in my heart and peace with God because I know I'm passing the TEST. Seeking closure is to think you deserve better. I experienced fake love that he just pretended for more a year and he ended because he couldn’t pretend anymore. He made me fool and stupid. I feel betrayed and used. He was thinking of her while I’m with him.He didn’t cheat but he’s still a traitor as he said that he never even meet and talk to her. I’m enough, more than enough. I am always been enough. I was just giving the best of me to the wrong person. There’s nothing wrong with me. I am beautiful, I am loved, I am needed, I am strong, I am enough, I am worthy.

It has been trying to get your attention subtly, but when we don't listen and attend to our emotions, the body will react and manifest in health issues. I particularly loved the intro. We can experience heartbreak (and that's where I am right now) about people who dissapear out of our lives after a connection, and plans to meet, etc. I thought this person was different, could be interested, seemed to be a good communicator.....then almost three weeks of total silence. This upload could not have come at a more perfect time. I've been listening to you over the course of the year while dealing with an extremely difficult heartbreak. Over a year later, I still struggle. I listen to the same ones over time and they are good reminders and I pick up new information each time I listen. I have even gone through and listened to both your channels, the one for men and then the one that seems to be mostly for women, so I can understand the full picture of what you are trying to communicate. I found your book on audible and I think I am going to give it a listen.

I gravitated towards this man when I was in a marriage to an emotionally abusive man and every time I ran off with mark...inside I was actually crying and begging him to help me and when mark thought I was gonna be his side piece and I thought he was gonna be the love of my life..the dreams we had died...not the same dream...for the past year I haven't slept good...I'm still afraid to sleep without him

It's just the full release at this point for me. Way past the sadness, and was smiling thinking about him missing him for a day but when I texted him and asked how can I even miss someone I never had he said I was nuts. So yeah I got sad for a sec, again , danced around my room and see it as more closure in knowing how incompatible we really are and how my emotions, bliss ,it all , can never be safe with him. The transformation I'm going through can't be stopped. moving through the emotions ,fasting and praying. .....things like grounding, smelling frankincense and dancing keep me happy.

Thank you for suggesting a letter. Ive kinda fooled myself into thinking im ok and over it but am not. I met a man before Covid that was the one. He was everything I had looked for my whole life. The couple years with him became a nightmare and never would have guessed it would take that turn. Still, I dont know how to move on emotionally. Im still in love (crazy!) and devastated.

Checking in. I feel like crying bc I miss him so much but I messed it up. This is good bc I'm mad at God too. For me the heart break is doubled. My BD who refuses to do better for me but may for someone else. Then recent ex he was a good man completely but I messed it up bc I wasn't ready. I definitely need to release all this. Just irritated with God bc idk why he'd let me be with someone and I wasn't ready. That hurts so much.

Hi Stephan. God bless. I got your book .Finding Love after heartbreak .I am doing the healing process. Am on the writting the letter part and sending. Should I send to a man I dated for 2 months and stayed in contact for another month . I though he was the one even if many red flags. He ghosted me for 2 months. It was a very painful situationship for me . Should I send his letter. I have mixed feeling about it. I been over 5 or 6 weeks no contact.

The part about sending the letter.. I’ve read the book and written the letter but I don’t want to hear from him and he will reach out if I send the letter to him. Can I write the letter and burn it? Would that give me some kind of release ?

I have not been able to find peace after a deep rejection. I was on a 7th date and the waitress picked up the guy I was with…granted he was a jerk, of course, and not worthy of a good woman. I never got passed that and I can’t seem to be vulnerable with anyone anymore. I consciously know he was horrible but I have internalized this.
