Great video, full of helpful information to aid healing. Thank you very much for taking the time to share what you learned! You really did such a great job and I can feel how earnest you are in wanting to help others with the knowledge of what worked for you. Is it counterproductive or less ideal to use the tool on your own shoulders since the muscles are so contracted while trying to reach your hand with the tool up to your shoulders? Is it more ideal if someone else can do places like that for you? Thank you in advance if you are able to answer! 😊
Thank you so much. My fascia is all bound up, I don’t know where to begin. Maybe I get on a plane and move to - I think you are in Utah? - for a few years so you can fix me. 🤣 I’m laughing but I’m serious.
Loving the videos & explanations! Might want to watch this video to see if music is playing bit loud, made it hard for me to hear your voice. Again , ty !❤
To combat stress and the negative effects of gravity on the body a person needs to stay well hydrated stretch frequently and engage in a targeted strength training program
I think some of this can be managed with red light therapy. I used to use gua sha now and then, but with red light I usually don't even think of it. Red light therapy tends to work great on tired muscles close to the skin. I'm not knocking gua sha and cupping at all, I just think red light therapy might be of interest to those that find this helps.
i had sciatica on the right side after doing some exercises and massages i got sciatica on both sides . its best to let it heal on its own just walking a bit helps heal warm pool sawna spa..
That's so bad. First, it's NOT lomilomi. So many MT use it cause it's trendy, and less than 10% can do it. Second, she doesn't like to do bodywork. She's not into it. ... She should get another job, and again, it's not lomilomi.
