Equipped with sensors that can realtime detect the enemy, as well as maneuvers surrounding, transmitt data and process, take decisions accordingly. Camouflage. Great design and idea. The Spec Act may be a small division. The CIA can also get JSOC Tier 1 operators engaged in their activities. The raid to get Ben Laden illustrates that tier 1 does carry out missions for the CIA. Im pretty confident they that they have authority (usually approved by ASCI in coordination with DCSOPS) to actually research, and develop technology, coordinating with DARPA, DARCOM, NSA, or INSCOM It is also authorized to acquire and maintain state of the art communications assets. I thought that it might have been interesting to some, Hopefully.
