Ive been sensing that if polarity is on a meter that goes up and down, that up and down, its speeding up, and the karmic energy that forms as an effect to cause, is being fine tuned and purified. I wish i could verbalize what i mean a bit better 😅 i guess thats why i watch these videos instead of creating them right now.
So what’s best for you! Eating one meal a day can become not healthy for some folks! All y’all have to do is start changing your diet! You don’t have to necessarily eat “once a day!”
Individuals are different. Some people just can't thrive on eating once a day. Some need to eat 5 small meals per day. Are they descendants of pure gatherers? Who knows. Likely not. It's just their metabolism. Would they have died out 20k years ago because they couldn't have survived the fast? Possibly. But now that we live in a time of abundance in certain countries, that's how they can thrive too. Just not by eating once a day. You can never call one diet a cure for all people. Some do great on carnivore, some on keto, some as vegans. Who can argue with their results and tell them they're wrong for not following a particular diet.
Firstly we do not really understand what consciousness is - we do not even truly understand what sanity is. Secondly AI is, in truth, already astounding and it is, almost literally, a brand new phenomenon. Where, one must speculate, will it be in fifty years - 500 years… a 1000 years etc? Remember, in an evolutionary sense these lengths of time are a mere flash in the pan. So where will AI be in 50,000 years? We are still not looking upon the rate of change of human evolution and culture as being exponential. This century will make that truly apparent. Super evolutionary change (the influence of intelligence on the speed of evolution) will be ushered in in conjunction with AI. Hyper evolutionary change will be brought about by AI alone as we will, quite simply, be unable to follow it. We will become a dead end. This is, as much as anything can be, an absolute certainty. You just don’t know it yet. If this makes you sad, then perhaps you haven’t given enough thought to the process that brought about our “rise.” Yes on a personal level this could be considered a tragedy, but Nature has no concern whatsoever about who, or what, is in ascendency. All that nature/evolution is is a ruthless, cold, pursuit of reproduction in a frenetic race for life giving resources. Period. It is we who endow Nature and gods with gender and intent and thus anthropomorphize what we do not fully understand. AI will use resources that we cannot yet imagine, will not be governed by our puerile notions of time, will not know what we call death and will be able to travel across the universe which it is now patently obvious that we will never be able to do. So do you really think that “nature” loves us and won’t allow this to happen?
What happens to the more or less compleet definitions like consciousness and intelligence when people start adding an other layer on top of our brains with implants and merging biological signals with AI coding? Which %-age is made /created by the human-parts and how much by the added "Borg" like extensions and plugg ins? This is a mix of us and AI and it becomes difficult with old termology or describing words for some"thing"/some"one"to define all this. I wonder where some (political/law) systims will draw the line in the sand

Maaaaan people been sleeping on intermittent fasting. I’ve been doing it for years and grew up doing it. In elementary school I wouldn’t eat until I got home and out of 8 family members I was the one getting sick less and less as I got older. Now I think the last time I got sick was back when Covid hit but even then I was the last person to catch it 😂.
Such a wonderful podcast episode. I’ve been watching you Afterskool and Gem for such a long time and it was amazing to find out you guys became a couple and now married and expecting a baby. You both inspire me and have helped me align to my best life. Many blessings 🙏✨

I’ve been following Leanna for years, it’s cool to see her in a different setting but I wish she would have talked about the dark things she’s gone through. I know I for one look at her as being so beautiful and living the ideal life so it would be nice to hear the harder things she’s dealt with to give some of us insight and hope about the dark things we are going through 🫶🏻

I adore him goddess, but she definitely has lived a pretty good life. Good parents good situation and I cannot relate to her because of my history. I have a hard time believing people know how to get through things when they really not been through much challenges them to their core.
I understand where you are coming from and respect that, however I don’t think we know her struggles, she seems to be a very private person. Also by analyzing her character and positivity, I don’t think such a resilient mindset can be achieved by not struggling and living in comfort, I can certainly guarantee she obtained her resiliency.
