I had to clean the spark arrestor on mine. It would crank, but not start. Here is my video. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_LYuNF5S8X4.htmlsi=Voq60wahUQ03waT6
I also found that a tiny pin that connects the choke cable to the actual choke was completely gone. So it was getting no choke when I thought it was. And it doesn't matter the temperature, mine always needs choke or it won't start.
I have a question, everything I have fits my mower but I’m playing hell trying to get the hose to get to stat in place or to turn counter clockwise enough so it will stay in place! Mostly at the bagging end. Any suggestions
Dang! No, sorry. My hose had plenty of threads to screw into the bagger part. Haven't had any problems with it. Maybe someone else on here has had that problem.
I can’t believe I found your video ! I was so stumped because I had no shoulder bolts on the tractor and the holes didn’t line up . Thank you for your video ! I was going crazy !
I have a pair myself that have lasted about over 8 years too. I also have a crack on the side like yours. Is there any recommendations on how to prevent the cracking? I'm planning on getting another pair and want to prevent, or delay, the cracking. Thanks!! I also love mine!
The "crack" on mine is actually where a rock sliced it. But there are a bit of small cracks on them. I would always make sure to wash and scrub off any mud or dirt after hikes because if it is left on, it dries out the leather faster and cause it to crack. I also found a really good boot cream and treated them at least once, and sometimes twice a year. Hope that helps. Thanks for the comment.
Omg how exciting for the girls!!! I hope to see the film when it comes out 😊 my dryer belt just broke & I was amazed at how small it is also. That hill looked like super fun!
It looks identical to the craftsman branded bagger. I have a T2200 (2014 917.203810 42”) and it has the exact same problems. I wouldn’t mind the drilling and tapping, etc. for the bagger support but the chute not lining up is a real pain and that would need to be McGuyvered … at the price I paid at Lowe’s. I think I will return it… I’m currently on hold (31 minutes) with the “help” line of craftsman to see what actual part will fit, if any. EDIT: So I got on the phone with sears parts … (much better help than the craftsman phone line) and that guy was able to help me track down the right part that will fit my model. Important to note that just cause it says craftsman doesn’t mean much.. Husqvarna is the actual manufacturer of the mower, and the bagger I had is for MTD Craftsman not the Husqvarna Craftsman. So off to return this one to Lowe’s and the right one was ordered.
Thanks for all the info. That should help others with the same problem. As for me, I am going to stick with my McGuyvered solution, as it has been working well for me.
We always take into account trail conditions before we do big loads. Grooming the trail is so important so we don't break our equipment. The weekend riders mess up the trail, and they think Joe grooms it just for them...
Genuine question- why do you run a propane freezer during the winter instead of just letting the cold weather freeze everything? Too cold or freezer burn or something? Awesome set up out there and beautiful country! I would live out there in a second.
With special meat like moose and bear we just don't want to take that chance. Some days it's -20°, and other days it climbs above freezing. Ya just never know. We'd use the electric one year-round if we had enough solar charge.
It usually doesn't get above freezing November - March, but we never know. Moose and caribou are good. Elk and bear are amazing! I wish we had elk up here. And bear sausage is so much healthier than whatever they're selling in the stores. We need to figure out bear bacon.
We definitely need to get Joe a shirt that says "Jerry Rig Manufacturing." Over the past 10 years, he's learned a lot about snowmobiles and definitely is the one who keeps all our equipment running.
I really enjoyed a 30 minute episode 👍 The new furniture is fantastic for the lodge!! The kids are so adorable and i enjoyed seeing so much of Bo ❤️ And finally, i am soooo envious of all of that delicious meat in your feeezer 😋🤤 Will we be able to see this documentary when its available? I would LOVE to see it Have a great couple of weeks until we see you again Thanks for sharing
Has anyone ever cross country skied all the way to your cabin from the road? It seems possible but would take all day. I think it would be a fun adventure!
